I had to get in touch with the owner regarding the heating system as it was quite chilly whilst we were there. Katie was extremely quick to respond and the problem was sorted out. Perhaps a folder/booklet with information about appliances would be useful for visitors to have access to. I also had to ensure that the shower head was aimed at the wall otherwise it leaked heavily on the floor.

Property was set in a quiet cul-de-sac and took us about 15-20 minutes to walk into Perth city centre (in the rain a couple of times!). The kitchen was well equipped, the bedroom had plenty of storage space with a very comfortable bed. The sofas in the living room were comfortable which was good after a day of walking. Communication with the owner was excellent. Visited Scone Palace and Falkland Palace - both worth a visit.

Just a couple of things could have been better.......Background heating should have been left on for our arrival instead we were greeted with freezing accommodation and we couldn't get it warmed up until we phoned the host, who talked us through the controls......a note with instructions would have helped. Also instructions on how to use the smart TV would also have helped! We got there eventually!

For us the location was perfect.....it was near our relatives. But it is central in that a 15 minute walk gets you to the town centre. The flat was comfortable and had everything we wanted.

Lovely apartment spotlessly clean with good parking. 20 minutes walk to shops and restaurants would recommend and stay again. Was also very quiet.

- shower- leaks when showering - sink in bathroom- leaks and doesn’t keep water in. Cleanliness’s wasn’t to standard due to a lot of standing dust in sight. Old things hadn’t been cleaned out from cupboard. Coffee was clumps and sugar. No fault to your own but upstairs we’re nosy. 2am as the tv was still on loud. And then alot of foot steps. P.s batteries in the remote are nearly dead

This apartment did us well. Used to as a bases. Location of the property was fantastic close to town and train station. Beds were very comfortable. Easy access. Lots of parking

It wasn't a big issue for us as (family of 4) we ate outmost of the time, but the dining area was very compact.

These are just points to note - we loved the apartment. Non-slip mat needed in Bath for shower. Toilet seat slips off the back rods. Bathroom mirror far too high to see in! Bathroom sink takes ages to run away. Only 3 tea plates.

Location wasn't too bad, although a fair walk for seniors! Loved all the bees on everything. Well laid out apartment, perfectly furnished.

Lots of space, clean and easy to reach. When we had a power outage, the problem was fixed within minutes.

Almost nothing. Just a minor thing was that water draining in the sink and bathroom. It was weak so tried to fix it. It didn’t bother us to stay there joyfully so we just didn’t want to ask to help to the host.

Only issue was the heating but as every location this trip has been the same wasn't a big problem just the system not what we're used to so leave it alone.

The water wasn't super hot so although having a bath is gorgeous, it wasnt warm enough to enjoy properly

Katie was very caring, she phoned me back during a night out in London when we couldn't work the TV! It was great having two bedrooms, a kitchen and a lounge rather than just a hotel room. I had done a cookery course at the India Cook School nearby , which was fab, and I was able to heat up the food I'd taken home in the kitchen.
