Property was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. It was perfect for a stay with a toddler. If you don’t have to deal with parking hassles then this place serves the best. Host is super helpful and friendly

Parking was extremely limited in the immediate area but we were able to find a space in a long term stay car park close by which alleviated the the car parking problem.

Location was ideal for us. Short walk down to the beaches and shore front shops. Everything we needed for a lovely stay was provided for us.

Fantastic stay whilst in St Ives for a wedding. House was in a great location - easily accessible and just a 10min walk to the town centre, but far enough out to be quiet and relaxed. Had everything we needed for our stay, and would highly recommend. Bed in the main bedroom was incredibly comfortable and greatly appreciated after a long day!

Second bedroom was very small, radiators didn’t work in the bedrooms, lock didn’t work on the bathroom door, no hand towels supplied other than 1 to share in the bathroom. No tea towel supplied.

TV does not work well at all . Has NO parking and the nearest parking station is next to the hospital at £16 a day!

The only small niggle was there is not a designated parking spot but don't let that put you off as we did find a parking space down the street. It's just how things are in St Ives and if you have been to Cornwall before you would know this.

The house was in a great location from St Ives town centre, harbour and beaches. The facilities in the house were great and the decor was beautiful.

Parking was a nightmare. I wouldn't recommend taking the suggestion of parking outside number 4 if its free. The owner came out within a second of us parking saying we were too close to her drive, which we weren't by any means, but to avoid any animosity we found alternative parking for the week, which wasn't ideal. The house really needs some hooks to hang up coats. Back garden could do with a little cut, weeds were coming over and blocking steps slightly.

The house is lovely and had everything we needed. Only a short walk to and from the town. Property was very clean. We loved the recommendation of the local beach walk inside the welcome book. I couldn't get my son away from the waterfall and rocks as he was making a den, she was spot on!

The stairs were very steep and we were very careful not to fall. Parking was somewhat difficult, but we realise that it was sumner with many tourists.

It took us ages to find parking when we arrived, it was very stressful with two fed up children after the long drive. we eventually found a space a few roads away and later managed to move the car to outside the back of the property when the space became free. it’s just a good/bad luck situation.

Only downside is the steep steps and parking, but it is St Ives!
