The rooms fixtures were very outdated and while we were there someone's hairdryer set off the alarm.... Think they could do with replacing! Shower was a trickle....

The price was good value. The pool was a nice extra.

The hairdryer electricity shock my sons arm n hand left a black mark on his skin .luckily he was ok afterwards..... reported it to reception It hadn't been tested for years .old hairdryer

Was going to have dinner until noticed a 3 out of 5 for hygiene so decided to eat out during our stay. The pool lockers Need a good clean mouldy. And the windows were dirty with seagulls poo.

View was amazing great to see the the beach from the hotel room, my daughter used the pool every day.

Suppose you get what you pay for but for a double room it was tiny,, the vanity basin was actually in the bedroom and the shower/toilet was cramped, very clean thou, but if we had been staying any longer I'd of paid for an upgrade,, the que for breakfast was like old people queuing at a food bank, 🤦🏻‍♂️ never seen such a shambles, 2nd day we ended up at macdonald's 🤗

Nice clean exterior and entrance, check in was quick easy and friendly, room although small was clean, well stocked and a super sea veiw,,

The entertainment on Saturday night was terrible he can't sing. Being on the first floor ment u couldn't go to sleep until it had finished as it made the walls vibrate. The restaurant either needs more staff to seat people if you want people in set places which you do, or you need to not reserve tables, it was madness people just moving there names to places they wanted to sit which ment the person who should sit there now had no seat, causing a domino affect. My bed slanted doen to one side which wouldn't have been so bad if it slanted towards the wall but it didn't so I was scared to move at night in case I fell off.

Bar on location so as a solo traveller I wasn't wondering the streets at night. The food for breakfast was good and food labeled for gluten free which I need. I didn't use it but it has a pool which is good if it rains or you have kids.

Needs updating , it’s a very tired property , our room was apparently renovated but the bathroom was quite bad the sofa leg was broken , the furniture in general needs replacing, the pool was rather grimy around the water edge , I did report it the changing area was not clean and lacked simple facilities , the parking at the back of hotel was free but problematic , we were blocked in an someone parked so close we couldn’t get in our car

It’s not that I didn’t like it but it could have done with a handrail in the shower for the disabled and elderly.

We stopped at Chatsworth for 3 nights and from when we arrived until when we left the staff couldn’t do enough, everything was excellent even down to trying to get the subtitles to work on the television. The food was excellent. Breakfast was good and plenty full and the evening meal was again excellent.

the curtains don't fit the windows . The sink is too small to fill a kettle and no shampoo or shower gel are provided . The pillows were very thin
