We paid extra for Breakfast and it was disappointing I asked for poached eggs but you have to order the day before!! Bacon and fried eggs looked and tasted like they had been there all day. Coffee was luke warm and no fruit to speak off.

Swimming pool and entertainment on mid week. Room was clean and comfortable. Overall good location an value for money.

Sure the place could probably do with a refurb, the carpets and such are a little dated. But then it'd probably go up £30-50/night higher and lose the option of a cheap stay right in the centre.

This is an inexpensive two star hotel, that through hardworking staff, and a friendly, helpful attitude, gets a much better experience than the typical hotel at that price. There is a decent pool, proper cooked breakfast with tea and toast brought to your table and a busy bar and entertainment. If like us you want to go out if the evening, it is right on the front, three minutes from the pier.

The shower was really poor. The room was way too hot & if we turned the radiator off, it made an atrocious sound. So it was either that sound or the room being too hot.

The pool facilities were a bit tired. The changing rooms needed some love and the door to the pool was broken. The toilet hadn’t been flushed in our room.

Our room was overlooking the fire escaped so we asked if there happened to be a free room with a sea view… the staff were brilliantly helpful and found us a perfect room

The changing rooms and showers by the swimming pool could have been cleaner.

Very friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. Convenient location, beautiful view, very quiet and tranquil area. The swimming pool - very clean and free to use for all hotel guests. Nicely decorated. Our room was very spacious and clean. Very comfy beds and daily housekeeping. Overall, a good value for money, we would stay again.

Great value and would visit again maybe replace bed in our room ,but I did love the view from this room Something to think about maybe dog friendly on one of the areas I think it would be popular.

Hotel in great area pool great every where was a bit old but clean loved our room but bed was uncomfortable but breakfast was great singer was great and everyone seemed to enjoy the singer.Staff very helpful.

The room was a little tired, stained couch, parts of the shower room looked like could have been cleaned better, the chairs in the window where mad of faux leather, these were cracked and shredding leaving bits of black on the floor. The underneath of the divan bed was also in need of repair.

All staff were excellent and helpful, nicely decorated in public areas. The swimming pool was excellent. The bedding and towels were fresh and clean. Location to promenade and shops is excellent. Breakfast was good on the first day, but food was hard on the second day as we went down a bit later and it had dried out on the hot plates.
