The evening meals were poor. The lounges looked rather run down.

It was good that we were able to put our disabled scooter in a designated area in the hotel.

If you are not with a coach trip you have no allocated table, so best to avoid the rush hour of 8:30am (by 9am there is still service but the restaurant is almost empty). I was given a table but I did have to ask a busy member of staff. Buffet English breakfast as well as berry’s/ yoghurt/ museli/ cereals/ grapefruit etc - £10

Breakfast was very good, queue into dinning room was a bit chaotic 1st morning, bedroom was clean but the beds were not comfy at all slopped at one side a king it feel like I was going to roll out. Location was perfect

The room was clean but a bit tired looking and the lamps over the bed were a nuisance as you had to watch you didn't bang your head on them. The TV was very small and the volume didn't work on most of the channels. The pool was very disappointing. The changing rooms and the general pool area were not that clean. The water was cold. The lockers were broken. We only visited the pool once as fortunately we found a great public swimming pool just off the promenade. The car park is tiny only about 10 spaces but there is ample parking on the promenade which is free overnight. We couldn't have found a better location but the hotel if over priced for the tired facilities.

A great location, nice view and good breakfast. The staff in the breakfast room were very helpful.

Seagulls very noisy early in the morning!

Good location with limited parking at the back of hotel. Rooms clean and beds comfortable. A good breakfast served until 9.00 am. We used the swimming pool which was small but good to have.

There was abit of a funny eggy smell coming from somewhere not sure where it was coming from. Also noticed some cigarette butts when I was sitting near the window as a smoker myself it was disgusting to see someone’s cigarette butts on the window not something you wanted to see with a nice view

Was in the middle of everything so wasn’t to far walking wherever me and my toddler went which was ideal for my toddler as it would have been to much walking otherwise. But the location was great with the town centre behind the pier only a 10 minute walk and 2 minute walk to the beach.

The water pressure in the shower was exceptionally weak and finding the correct temperature was quite difficult. The room was small especially the bathroom. Our view was very poor as we were at the back of hotel

location was ideal near to the promenade and local attractions. The pool was excellent, we visited it multiple times and enjoyed ourselves. The bar was pleasant with plenty of entertainment.

Nothing really, guy on reception not great on where we should park. Said he had a bike! And in the changing room by the pool there was just one chair.

Window couldn't be opened in the bedroom. Extractor fan in the bathroom didn't seem to work. Water pressure a bit up and down which made the shower unpredictable. No remote for TV which made it a long job to change channels. Cleaners were good with everything but need perhaps to be given a little more time to clean down the tiles in the bathroom which were a bit grubby around the bath and shower.

Good location on the seafront and only 10 minutes walk from train station. Pool area is a real bonus. Breakfast was buffet style and nice. Good value for money, have paid more for a b&b in the town. Beds were clean with a good mattress.

The reception and bar staff could smile more , they all looked depressed . The entertainment is grim with very out dated old fashioned sing alongs . Nothing in the evening for young people or children at all. Beds were not the best .

The cleaning staff work so hard and very very helpful and the rooms were spotless . It's right near the pier and town centre . The breakfast team are cheerful and go out of their way to accomodate you ,The breakfast is one of the best I've ever had.
