Light kept flickering by window down stairs

Excellent property, spotlessly clean and everything we needed. Easy to to find. Loved sitting reading in the garden area. Was happy there was milk because I left mine in fridge at home lol very happy.

Nothing, zero, zilch, nadda.

Well, I really can't sing the praises of Sally and The Pearl enough. This hidden gem of a place to stay is fantastic. A real HOME away from home, me and my fiancee stayed here whilst having early starts for working in Stratford-upon-Avon so it was a great place to have a night away and be rested for work, with out a 3 am wake up call. Walking through the front door, you are met with a feeling of a place you can instantly relax. It's has everything you need for a few days away or even longer. Easy enough to find, parking available. We have already booked a weekend off work and the same weekend at The Pearl for next year 🥰. Can't see us wanting to stay anywhere else when coming to Stratford. Decking area will be great during the summer nights to sit with a glass of wine and do some star gazing. Sally, you will be welcome to join us for one of my home cooked meals in the property when we stay next year. Thank you from both myself and Ellie for a wonderful stay.

Lovely little place with everything you need. Easy and convenient parking. Sally is a wonderful host answering every request immediatly. Beautiful walk to the town centre via Church Lane, Shottery and the public footpath.

House was so clean and tidy, everything was available what we need in the house, calm and peaceful place.

It wasn't an issue for us for just a 2 night stay, but the private bathroom/toilet is downstairs so not on the same floor as the bedroom which we didn't realise when booking. Also there is no door separating upstairs from downstairs, from a noise point of view. The larder fridge was missing its lower door rack, so the only way you would be able to store taller bottles upright is to remove a shelf from the fridge.

What a lovely place! The location couldn't be more convenient for Stratford-upon-Avon. It is well worth walking to the town on the slightly longer but more scenic route through Shottery via Anne Hathaway's Cottage, and walking back along the main road which will take you past a Morrisons supermarket. The parking was great and our SUV fitted into the allocated off-road parking space directly outside The Pearl without any problem. As the accommodation is so close to the town we walked everywhere, so didn't have to use the car at all during our stay. Sally's communication was excellent and it was very much appreciated to arrive and find a pint of milk left for us in the fridge. We didn't use the private seating area outside, but it is a great facility for when the weather is good. Despite being on a main road, the traffic noise didn't bother us and we didn't hear any noise whatsoever from people in adjoining properties. The double bed was really comfortable, but would have benefitted from a lighter weight duvet for the time of year.

Very comfortable, had everything you needed. Good location to town, Morrisons nearby and Anne Hathaways cottage was a short walk.

Wonderful property, very clean and communication from the host was brilliant. About a 30 minute walk into Stratford, recommend walking through Shottery instead of main road, a couple of nice pubs on the route. Hopefully we will be back soon

I had a fantastic stay at Stratford Upon Avon Pearl. The apartment was extremely well-equipped with everything you could possibly need for a weekend stay. The apartment was also very clean and tidy. The location was great, being just a short walk from the train station, shops and Stratford town centre.

Lovely apartment a short walk into town especially via Shottery. Well equipped and peaceful. Good outside space and easy parking. Excellent instructions regarding arrival. We would certainly stay again.

To be picky a couple of sun loungers in the garden would have been perfect, as we had great weather.

The property was a short walk into the town center, the Bell inn a great pub on the doorstep. The small garden was lovely to soak up the sun( if you are lucky enough, which we were) A small well presented place to enjoy.

not your fault there was a total lack of public transport. Stagecoach need to update their bus stops.

Accommodation was first class, Stratford was marvelous lots of history and far too many choices of places to eat.
