We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomOnly downside was sleep quality wasn't the best. 😐 mattress so worn down double bed dipped in centre. The rest was the best. Also if you like it quiet this is nit the place to stay, it's quote noisy, even from early hours of morning, I say from around 5, a lot going on & quote noisy but if windows completely shut am sure will be quieter.
Loved the location & accommodation was beautiful 😍 and very spacious & modern . Had everything you needed in there ie kitchen all facilities were absolutely excellent. All clean and a very light central apartment . Everything at hand, plus in the middle of town. 5 minutes walk to beach amd pier. Lovely fish & chip shops plus beautiful Indian resteraunt nearby. Loved it.

United KingdomThere was quite a lot of noise from the road - it would be good to look at sound proofing further. There was also an automatic light in the hallway that kept coming on through the night and the light could not be shut out as there is a glass panel between the hallway and main room. It would be a good idea to cover that glass alcove some how - perhaps by adding in a door or screen.
Location was great. The apartment is spacious, nicely decorated, clean and comfortable.

United KingdomWe were told to check out at 10 when paperwork says checkout is at 11am. 10am is a bit early as you can't check in until 3pm. The only other thing was we found the mattress on the bed a bit too soft for us so a little uncomfortable.
This property was absolutely stunning and so spacious. Everything you could possibly need was there as if you were in your own home. We could actually stay there for a longer break it was so lovely. It was lovely and modern. Easy access and everything close by. All the shops and resteraunts plus the beech so close. Everything was lovely and clean which was great as we are fussy about this. We will definitely stay again soon. 😀
