Little space in the bathroom, we missed shelves for toiletteries. Very thin walls to the other rooms.

Nice location, a typical English house. The underground and also a railway station are nearby. Breakfast at Lola's Bakery was delicious and you get 25 % off. Pleasant neighborhood with lots of supermarkets, pubs and shops. Small but superb bathroom with excellent shower. The bed was comfortable and the room decoration was very nice.

The room was different than shown in the pictures when booking. The room is small and the beds are not very comfortable. It's manageable though. Check-in is around 3PM which is quite late. The breakfast offer at Lola bakery is until 9:30 and only weekdays, nobody mentions that. Though it is printed small on the booklets.

Goog location, quiet neighborhood. Underground and overground stations nearby. Stores nearby. Very quiet and peaceful place to stay.

The check-in experience could have been smoother. I appreciate that not having a 24-hour reception can make paying upon arrival tricky, but the whole pre-check in messaging and files exchange on Whatsapp and payment link outside the official communication from Booking is a bit off-putting. Not to mention check-in is at 3 but the reception closes at 4, so a short window otherwise you need to grab keys elsewhere etc Frankly I would have cancelled had it not been a last-minute booking because the check-in process sounded a bit sketchy to me. But it was all good in the end, and the room was quite good so no regrets.

The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and looked recently renovated, with a good private bathroom. The shower was excellent with plenty of hot water and strong pressure – all of the above being a rarity in London budget accommodation in my experience. The area is safe with good amenities and transport links.

The room looked like it could do with another lock of paint to make the room more up to date but everything worked and was very comfy and would 100% stay again.

It is an older house so you could hear everything the people staying above us were doing at all times. No problem as long as your neighbours aren't night owls.

The property was easy to find, communication with the staff was quick through WhatsApp and the room was clean and well-maintained.

Room was a good size and although the view was of the back of other buildings was not overlooked and it felt private. Very little noise from other guests. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Cafe breakfast excellent and a wide choice.

The location is perfect, the Staff are friendly and helpful. The night porter even checked the back alley outside of my window when I thought heard someone tapping on my window at 2AM. Amazing man, and his colleagues too.

The floor is covered in moquette, that i dont like very much and the room, for three persons is really small, but we used it only for sleeping and so this has not been a big problem. Mattresses are excessively soft for my tastes. The absence of shutters at the windows means that at 5 AM the room is already fully illuminated

The room was very comfy, with nice furnitures and very clean. I apreciated the shower size and the number of electrical outlets. Great position, close to jubilee line under and over ground stop, lot of stores, good for every sudden need. I apreciated a lot the brecakfast convention with Lola Bakery.

The front door is really hard to open, we struggled with it every time. The room smelled like some strong cleaner agent even after we left the window open for a few days. They only give you one towel - no face or hand towel. Hot water is hard to regulate. The bed is too soft. The TV didn't work

It's located by London underground and Overground, so it's convenient to travel to various locations. There is even a direct bus to Stansted airport. There are various restaurants in the area and even a breakfast spot that provides a discount to the guests of Charlotte House.

My room backed onto a railway line.

The location was very handy to central London. The room and facilities were very clean and tidy. Staff were extremely helpful, especially when I lost my key. Price was good.

Tv didn’t work - seemed to be glitchy- but I was not really interested in it. Probably easy fix. Soap was offered for hands but shower gel might have also been good.

No breakfast at the accom but we went to Gail’s Cafe and it was amazing- and there are numerous great cafes in the area within five min walk
