The noise! People above us were very loud and disruptive when trying to sleep. The cleanliness wasn’t up to my personal standards but manageable (hairs in shower, bathroom needs a blind over the window, second bedside table, small rocks under bed, decorative pillows felt old and could do with a good clean)

Location to train station was fabulous, having the mini kitchen, private bathroom, room was airy and spacious. Kensal is a really nice area and great coffee shops nearby. Would point out it isn’t that close/easy to get to London compared to other areas we have stayed.

Noise from upstairs flat from 6am To bright for my sons who slept in foldout bed in living room as no sky light Cover , shower not great but was ok . Tv wasn’t working but not really needed .

The living room/kitchen space was a little bit small to fit the five of us. Bathroom was a little bit small, if you're a big person can be tricky to move inside it. Towels were too small to dry an adult size body. If you travel with a small kid with a push chair be aware that the upper floors apartment don't have a lift and the stairs are tight and carpeted and can be a little bit dangerous to go up and down them. In fact, I almost trip off the stairs twice.

Location was really good, close to the overground station and 20 minutes bus ride to Notting Hill. The host answered all our enquiries in less than an hour. The apartment was small but all the beds were comfy and big enough. The apartment was clean and not noisy It was good to have shampoo, body and hand wash in the apartment, nice detail. There were lots of supplies for the kitchen: dishes, cuttlery, pans...and also to clean and dispose the garbage. Same for the bathroom

Very good location. Easy access to many restaurants. Kitchen with almost everything you need. Opposite underground station - Kensal Rise. Tesco express is also opposite of this apartment.

The extra bed was ok for a child but not an adult. Very narrow with metal rails as well edges, and the mattress was so thin and soft it was almost non existent.

A bit on the pricey side given the location, and the cleaning service could be better. There where quite some small pesky spiders in the rooms, but nothing to make a fuzz out off.

Staff was brilliant all throughout the stay and the location has nearby markets and shops for a quick breakfast before venturing into center London. Highly recommend.

It wasn't really clean, there wasn't enough furniture in the kitchen, the dryer didn't work (I asked about this before the stay). The isolation isn't great, so think about bringing something to put in your ears if you're sensitive to noise and don't want to hear everything going on in the flat above.

The location was great, the price was fair and the apartment was nice and cosy.

The door from the living room to the terrace could not be locked, that's the only thing, although we didn't complain because the door from the living room to the rest of the house had a key.

The flat is very complete, very clran, comfortable beds, good transport links, a supermarket opposite, it has all the details to make your stay easier and the staff solved all our questions immediately. Very good!!!

We couldn't find any cleaning supplies (dish drainer, broom, mop etc) and only 2 rolls of toilet paper for a 4N stay (4 people) we had to purchase more from Tesco

We visited in December. The place was clean, warm, wifi working great. Was nice it had a blow dryer and flat iron. It was very close to the bus station, easy access to several grocery shops or restaurants, quiet area. Loved it :)

The venue allocated the apartment that was to small for three adults. The bed and futon bed. The futon bed was a stretcher and the there was no space to set up. There was no space to open suitcases. We spent 1 night as we only booked in after 3pm and we had tickets to the theater. On discussion via the app we could not spend another 3 nights. We found another venue. And checked out. I asked for a refund but this was confirmed this morning that is not possible.
