Was just the shower door that you have to keep inside son it doesn't go in the floor.

Love these chalets and this was the best one we have stayed in so far. It was smart, clean, nice position. The location is perfect for a number of the beaches and local village. Owner and cleaner were also great when we left the kids new coats and they got them back to us.

Chalet was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Kitchen is nicely equipped. The location is great, with several local beaches only a few minutes drive and shops and restaurants in Padstow not much further. Nice peaceful site which is kept really tidy and clean. Overall, a great place for exploring Cornwall. Thank you very much.

The facilities were not open like they said however it has nothing to do with the owner of the chalet, it's down to the staff on site.

The chalet was value for money, would 100% go there again for a break away and to relax.

Travelled as a family of four (two adults, two teens). The chalet was (as expected) compact but offers everything you need for a great holiday. It was exceptionally clean and came with a lot of little extras that most self catering accommodation seem to lack: proper oven (not just the microwave); spotless kettle and toaster; lots of glasses/cutlery/mugs so you don't have to constantly rewash what you've used; toilet paper (I hate arriving at a holiday let to find it missing!); kitchen paper/brand new sponges/cleaning products (very handy so you don't have to buy your own for a week stay); a powerful hairdryer; board games; TV. The only thing you must bring are bedsheets, towels, and a dishcloth. As specified in the ad, the wi-fi is only in the reception area. I'm with O2 and got a signal inside the chalet most of the time, but the rest of my family (different providers) didn't. We used the chalet as a base to explore Cornwall and were totally happy with the place (under 30 mins from Newquay with lots of beaches/coves in between). There were some great beaches nearby as well, but the wind had picked up during our stay so we opted for more sheltered ones. Tintagel castle (well worth the drive) is 45 mins away. There is a restaurant on site - we've only used it once as we preferred to travel around but it was perfectly adequate for a campsite restaurant and not overpriced. The communication with the host was great and the remote check-in/check-out went very smoothly. Thumbs up!

Tv should be smart allowing families to log in to own smart apps to give option of more tv channels in the evening.

It was a very clean family friendly lodge. Very useful kitchen which was equipped with everything you needed which saved space in the car with not needing to bring anything with you. Park at clubhouse was a favourite with my two children. Visited lappa valley, camel creek, newquay zoo all easy to commute to.

Beds not the most comfortable. Shower also difficult for my two younger kids to use - they had to stand at the very edge of the tub to reach the water as the shower nozzle did not reach very far, and ended up slipping serval times (thankfully no one was hurt!) But all in all, minor points!

Super clean when we arrived! Easy check in, responsive host, kids enjoyed watching television in the evenings! Kitchen had the basics that we needed. Having a washing machine was a lifesaver for after a day at the beach. Facilities had a restaurant and playground, which we used several times.

The bed in our chalet creaked just a bit too much, other than that can't fault the chalet, park or location.

Great chalet in a perfect spot to explore the Cornish north coast, we realy enjoyed our stay! Communication with Simon was very quick and easy. Park has good basic facilities.

The bar was very warm and welcoming, great family service and tasty meals. Our daughter enjoyed playing in the park attached to the clubhouse area which was well equipped with a very safe floor surface and well enclosed. We could all relax in the evening, with a variety of live entertainment.

Only thing that I did not like was that we had to go home 😉, everything else was great.

Lovely,clean chalet. We found everything we needed in there to make ourselves relaxed and comfortable. Beds very comfortable, I can not remember when I had such a deep sleep. Same for children, they were sleeping until 9.30 on some days. Chalet in very quiet location, close to lovely beaches- closest we found was only 10 min drive away. Padstow itself lovely litlle town(. Rick Stain's restaurant and chippy in there and many other restaurants and shops) Loved the place and had a great, relaxing holiday.

The only slight criticism is the sofa is a bit uncomfortable but as it’s a sofa bed it’s to be expected and we were out most of the time this so wasn’t really an issue for us.

The accommodation was surprisingly spacious with lots of storage space. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms cosy. It was spotlessly clean and warm. The kitchen was well equipped with all the appliances you’d hope for.

The chalet was perfect for exploring Cornwall. It was our first visit since moving to the UK and loved every minute of it. Everything was clean, modernly furnished, warm and had everything we needed. Had a great week's holiday!
