Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe only thing I can really criticise is that the sofa is really uncomfortable, it gives back pain after a short while. Also it wasn't informed during booking about having to pay for electricity with £2 coins. Am not blaming the owners but this could of been highlighted in the booking for people to know.
We loved our stay in this little place. The location is absolutely brilliant for a short walk into Cromer. Once the tide goes out and the sandy beach appears for a great walk without any footwear. Also loved having local produced jam and marmalade outside the houses. Also the owners responded to messages quickly which was brilliant in my view.

United KingdomNothing not to like; perfect for our short stay as a base for a couple of days walking. Only comment is that it would have been useful to have known where to buy fresh food and supplies on a Sunday after 3pm!
Excellent location and the chalet is in a particularly lovely spot. Well equipped with some thoughtful touches - tea, coffee, washing up liquid, cling film, kitchen roll etc. Beds made up and towels provided. Comfortable seating and a good shower!

United KingdomNothing- I knew what I was booking and although a little outdated with decor it was very comfortable, very clean. Plenty of towels, extra heaters, comfortable blankets. Thoughtful useful things left- washing up liquid etc that you don’t always get.
Reasonably priced, great location- short distance to Cromer town centre.

United KingdomContact from host would be nice after booking or a week before. Hadn’t heard from host so contacted them and response was slow. It’s stressful if you don’t hear as you worry it’s not genuine and also no guarantee you’ll turn up and it’ll be available. A few tweaks here and there, would really benefit this property as it’s quite tired.
Easy collection with key box. Lovely setting. Nice green outside. Trees. Quiet. Old style but lovely. Plug in radiators good for when it’s cold. Electricity lasted well. Quite small living space. Big sofa in the open plan area. A fold down dining table would be good. Photo is the view across to the other side from number 77.

Needed a good supply of £2 coins,was topped up on arrival but that soon went and it was purely on the heating as didn't cook,I dread to think how much cooking would use,the property was very cold
