Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomThere isn’t a single thing we didn’t like
We absolutely loved the whole experience, and how authentic the details within the bus. We also appreciated having all the comforts of hot showers and bathrooms, double beds, fully functional kitchen with all the needed appliances.

United KingdomThe Eco Pod was so cosy I didn't want to leave. The pod including the bed was a good size and very comfortable. The Eco toilet was easy to use and stayed clean. The extra touches like the flower pot out the front and the fresh milk in the fridge made it even more special. Staff were helpful and we didn't even see other guests (probably as it was October) so it was very peaceful. Would highly recommend.

United KingdomPre-arrival information was a little out of date - stated we needed to bring our own pillows but these were provided.
Great location and wonderful stay. We stayed in the 18ft yurt which was very comfortable. The site is well spaced out so each yurt/accommodation is private. Facilities were spotless and very well maintained. Food nights onsite were absolutely exceptional - we did the burger night. Lovely space and beautiful surrounding area - would definitely stay again

United KingdomThere was hardly anything I didn’t like. If I had to say anything I’d say bring some fairy lights or little lamps for the evening as it does get very dark. I brought along some candles too. We have a 4 year old so it was necessary for us to have some softer lighting in the evening hours. The toilet was a little dimly lit so it was a bit yikes if you needed to go in the middle of the night so bring a torch. But as long as you are prepared there’s nothing to dislike!
I LOVED all of it. It’s the most beautiful place I have ever stayed. I loved the comfort, the privacy, the location, the people who own this were so friendly and knowledgeable and just left us to it but they were there if we needed. It’s just absolutely mesmerising there! Please book!

United KingdomObviously, facilities are basic: no electricity in the accomodation, shared kitchen with broken oven, toilet outside. As it should be in a real nomades camp, I guess. Furnace and firewood were provided, but in the morning it still was chilly.
Very atmospheric place, real farm and real yurt with a real furnace. Farm animals, orchard, playground - a lot of fun for children. And excellent bbq site!

United KingdomWild Garlic Yurt is in a secluded spot in the orchard surrounded by trees which made it cool and sunless. When the sun was in the main field at 5pm I had the stove on heating my yurt as it got no sun (the benefit was when it was raining, it was more protected and I did enjoy exercising outside when it was dry, in privacy).
I stayed 4 nights in Wild Garlic Yurt from 17th July and came to love my little home over this period. There was plenty of space (1 double bed, 2 singles), bedding was immaculately clean, bed comfortable, wood burning stove very efficient (and necessary over this cool/wet period). The private composting loo was a few strides away from the yurt and the kitchen (which I had sole use of during this time) 20 seconds away. It was well equipped with gas hobs, sink, fridge, teas & coffees. The main camping area and facilities are across the road but very well maintained, wifi available near the wedding venue, very clean/ powerful hot showers in the main building area. There are flushing toilets and showers a short walk across the road. The hammocks to laze and watch the sun go down were a bonus, as were the cute donkeys, sheep, chickens and ducks. The staff were super friendly, efficient and informative. On a day of 24 hour rain I had wood delivered to my yurt (in fact every day not just this day), and fresh produce from the poly tunnel - which was delicious. Easy running/walking routes around (albeit on a hill)

United KingdomSimply amazing site with stunning scenery. We stayed in the 18ft yurt and it was brilliant (far better than I expected!). Had our own outdoor loo, gas stove and bath/shower. Ellie was great we had a small issue with the water but she made sure that a solution was found quickly. We will defiantly return in the future. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit Wales.

United KingdomThere was nothing that we didn’t like.
The owners and staff are so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The yurt that we stayed in was clean and comfortable (the beds are the comfiest we have slept on!) and fully stocked with everything we needed. We liked how well spaced out the accommodation sites were; we rarely saw anyone and our children had the freedom to run around and okay outside without disturbing others. The play park was a hit with the boys, as were the pigs and donkeys!

The yurts are very spacious and lovely and cool in the hot weather. The addition of the sheeps wool insulation made it feel very homely. The location was fantastic set amongst some wild shrub with little paths joining all the areas really provided some great character like a set out of the shire.

United KingdomFriendly, welcoming and helpful owners. Great location to explore Cardigan Bay from and to go on coastal walks. The eco pod had everything we needed with comfortable beds. The kitchenette, running water and fridge were all very useful. I also value and appreciate the ethos of the centre and how they put this into practice.
