Carpet was stained and decor tired but it is a budget hotel so accept I may have assumed it would have been better. Reception area and public areas where very poor

Idea as it was a last minute decision to stay the Sunday night after 3days and nights of Tango.Decore was a bit aged but room clean and staff professional but friendly.Will use again excellent value for money

The bedroom was scary, the fireplace and cupboards looked horrid and just scared me in general. The bathroom door kept opening when we closed it so that didn't help. I had to pile our shoes in front of the door to make sure it doesn't open. Did not have a good sleep. Very small room also.

The location of the property was great, as well as the staff who were really friendly. Property had parking too which was really useful. It was clean but the state of the fireplace, and furniture in the room was scary, I did not feel comfortable at all. The place needs updating and a lot of care.

The room was so awfully hot and the fan made no difference. The window goes to the floor so peple in the street can see you in bed. Close the curtains and it would be even hotter. It was harsh.

This might be standard practice, but the hotel had me sign some kind of document on arrival regarding damages. The rooms next to the entrance and also quite noisy. Finally, none of the taps in this hotel apparently provide clean drinking water as the tap in the bathroom states "no drinking water". Not even the reception could help with this.

The room and bed were clean, the check in fast and the employee answered all the questions that were asked. The hotel was located in the center of the city and that was nice for visiting around, but perhaps not so great for traveling by train.

The shower wasn't right, the room over-hot in summer, just a very small room for two. Long way from rail station but then so is most of Cheltenham.

Didn't get breakfast. Location good for eating drinking buses and shopping. Room contained microwave and fridge, good for price.

The bed was adequate but could have been better. I have never had to provide ID or a security deposit to stay in a UK hotel.

Not easy to get to as most of the area is oneway .. if you make a mistake then you got to go all the way round again , I had to stop on yellow line get out and ask the staff how to get to the car park .. should be something mention about to get to the car park

The hotel and stuff , facilities was good but unfortunately since 00 am to 4:30 am someone argued loudly with someone else and we couldn’t sleep they argued in lobby or reception room, he was the driver of the advertisement car for book dependent the hotel and when finished his argued he went by his car loudly and after half an hour came back. We couldn’t sleep till 5 am after that we slept and because our check out at 10 am our plan was changed because slept late
