Lovely friendly welcome, room was really cosy and bed was so comfortable! No breakfast at the Hotel but Tina told us of some places in walking distance so was no problem. Great location for the shops too :)

I don’t really have any complaints but as you might expect the bathroom is a tight squeeze which may be a problem for some.

It was a warm, well maintained comfortable room as part of what appeared to be a converted double garage. The weather was horrendous when I got there but my clothes (more like a diving suit by then) dried out in no time. I didn’t drive but there is ample on site parking. The staff were friendly and helpful. En suite bathroom and shower, tea and coffee facilities, wi-fi and tv with Freeview+. Great location with bus station, shopping centre, market and pubs all within a few minutes walk.

we were visiting my husband following his surgery so the location was ideal. parking as promised and able to use after 10am. the room was clean, comfortable and quiet, coffe was available. great shower. Tina was very welcoming and friendly

The walls are thin however this can't be helped.

Everything was good tbh, bed lovely and clean, clean rooms and walls. Tina was amazing from start to finish and when an problem exists she came right round within 2mins quicker then council. Sort problem out, lovely and professional service.

Sutton is a nice town the only thing i didnt like was i couldnt walk to the place i was doing my training as there all major roads and no footpaths.

Tina was fantastic nothing was a promble. I had forgotten an iron and she ironed my clotjes for me at no charge. She was warm, friendly and just an all round lovely lady. I had a shalle out the back of the Hotel and it was quiet aand warm and also had a desk which i could work at.

It was perfect for the price and what we wanted.

Location was in between our two sightseeing venues so it was ideal. The hotel itself is on a main road but the traffic noise died down and we slept well. Double glazing was appointed. The beds were comfy and tea & coffee facilities provided. It was super clean. We had a lovely warm welcome from Tina, who was so welcoming.

I want to take this moment to express our appreciation for the wonderful experience during our recent stay. When we arrived, we were both greeted in a warm and welcoming manner. Tina's professionalism and courteousness was commendable, making us feel valued as guests. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the accommodation itself. Our rooms, room 18 and 20, were nothing short of brilliant. Immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and peaceful night's sleep. Staying at the Central Hotel allowed us to unwind and relax, ensuring a restful stay that exceeded our expectations and we are already looking forward to the possibility of returning to the Central Hotel for another stay in the near future. In conclusion, I would like to sincerely thank Tina for making our brief stay so welcoming and pleasant. Thank you again for your outstanding hospitality.

Nothing beyond the weather which only God and nature control.

Tina is so lovely. She's the proprietor and NOTHING is too much trouble. She is friendly and approachable. So kind and we both adored her from the moment of meeting. She had put a bed cover fake fur in our rooms in case we were chilly and made room in her fridge for our picnic food items. Should she still be trading (sadly she and Stephen are selling up) we will be back next year for jousting at Bolsover. Fabulous is the only word to use for whole experience and huge huge thanks Tina. We were so touched by everything done .
