Bed was rather uncomfortable and was noisy from bar downstairs although hotel do make you aware of this.

The management is very clear about the fact that being situated on a busy street, there is some noise from the neighbouring bars, which does continue until about 11pm. The only thing I will add is that this was apparent on a Monday, in case potential visitors are thinking this is just reserved for weekends. It is noticeable but tolerable with windows closed.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city and as well as being adjacent to Central Station, this is only a couple of minutes' walk from Lime Street Station. Plenty of food options in the neighbouring area. The rooms are very spacious and offer good comfort.

Although the hotel is located close to the multiple train stations, restaurants, and shops, I did find the over availability of bars in the area intimidating. Drunk people were stood in the hotel doorway smoking, and I did have to request a room high up and at the back of the hotel in order to not hear the loud music which went on late into the night. However, once again, the staff were very accommodating about this prior to my stay, as I had actually received a warning email from the hotel, informing me of their location.

The staff were welcoming and friendly from check in to check out. Colette in particular, took the time to remember my name, use it in conversation with me, and showed an interest in my visit. All staff were always happy to supply more amenities when requested, without hesitation or limitation.

Perfect location right across the road to central station. The room was ideal, very clean and the shower was great. All staff were extremely kind and helpful. Crackling place to stay for a night out in Liverpool.

the walls are thin but didn't really affect us too much as we came back after the live music finished at 2 am but if you sleep earlier may be issue

Room was great has everything we needed and at a great price the ladies at checkin where lovely couldn't do enough for us and gave us all the information we needed they moved us to a lower room last minute as one of party struggled with stairs which was great wouldn't hesitate to stay here again next time we need hotel in Liverpool

The step outside Room 302 is a health and safety hazard - it is very close to the room's door and it can be easily forgotten it is there upon exiting the room. I have tripped and fallen twice and reported this to Reception. Perhaps there should be something luminous on the step as a caution or a sign opposite Room 302.

The horrendous noise and vibrations coming from music next door till 1am. This hotel room would be ideal for a night out but for a night with my young Son it was spoiled by the noise and vibrations. Shame coz the hotel room itself was wonderful as were the friendly staff

No lift but we knew that ( lots of stairs ) if you are at the top. ( This is purely for other people thinking of going) Because of location it gets noisy till about 2/3am lots of pubs and bars but it didn’t stop us from sleeping. Didn’t bother us but maybe others …..

We were on the top floor which meant there were a few flights of stairs to climb but that meant we were well above any street noise.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was beautifully clean and nicely decorated. The decor was Liverpool inspired which gave an individuality to our stay and the location was perfect for the railway station.
