Location was bang in the middle of the city . surprisingly being in the city rooms were nice and big . staff very friendly told us what excursions to visit and what bars were nice for drinks . will go there again

Only small thing was there are a lot of steps as we were on 3rd floor and no lift . Ok for us but maybe not so for someone with mobility issues. It was also a tad noisy until around 1am. We had to close the windows and the air con is great. I personally like the windows open however

Hotel is in great location right by station. Room was great, clean and spacious. The staff were extremely friendly too, couldn’t be more helpful.

Was changed a considerable amount more due to attending the Taylor swift concert but I understand that happens and was happy to pay. Quite noisy at night as next to a bar but I was still able to sleep.

Great central location, Good sized room with everything you need Collette front of house staff was absolutely amazing! She was so friendly and helpful couldn’t of ask for a better host during my first visit to Liverpool. Thanks for much!

The room was lovely, even had light led lights built in on the ceiling around the bathroom and bed . Nice air con comfy bed slept lovely.

Not a suitable area for a hotel. Too many bars and very noisy in the mornings with the keg deliveries.

Our room was at the front of the building and the bar a couple of doors up was very noisy until 1am. To be fair though the website did suggest this may be the case and the staff reiterated the potential noise at the time of booking.

Very clean and comfortable. Room was spacious and the beds comfy. Also the ensuite was generous in size and well finished. Staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful.

The hotel advised us of the noise from pubs beforehand so we were aware beforehand and this didn't cause us any problems, however some people may not be able to sleep with the noise.

The staff were really lovely! The location was great, shops and train station were on our doorstep!

Hotel has an excellent position and value for money, there is some noise at night from the bar below but we were fully informed of this when we booked, our only problem was our room didn't have any windows, so it was very hot and stuffy, we would stay again however would request a window room.

The shower had black sludge in crevices and grout lines (basin was clean). No outlet in bathroom. No elevator. No window. No place to put suitcases, luckily I was traveling alone and had extra bunk beds to use.

Amazing staff. Truly, everyone. Good shower pressure. Great location. Climate control in room. Water bottles.

steep stairs; noise from the bar under the hotel until 2.00 (however, we were informed about it in advance); no room service during the stay (I mention these negatives only for future clients, none of this bothered us);

excellent location of the hotel (in the city centre), close to the railway station and the bus stop to the airport; clean, spacious room; comfortable bed; a room with a view of the cathedral; helpful staff; tea and coffee in the room;
