We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

JapanIt was like a student accomodation - no good utensils for cooking, a cheap TV which takes forever to load youtube or netflix, filthy sofa seats covered with hairs (when you flip the seat cusions).
Internet was fast enough, a good location in the city centre. I recommend staying in this property if you are planning a family trip or a budget holiday.

Perfect location, the apartment is located in walking distance of the shops (the high street has everything), pubs and places to eat. The apartment is lovely and has everything you could need. Lucy was really helpful, thank you. Having a parking space right outside was great. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and absolutely would stay again.

United KingdomNoises from the outside throughout the night, woke us up a few times, I appreciate that it comes with the location of the apartment as it's so very central to the town night life but still very annoying.....
Very central location although that comes with it's own negatives. Very modern furnishing, especially the kitchen was excellent as I cook a lot it was very good to be able to have all the facilities there, very spacious and very trendy.

United KingdomLack of cutlery, only 2 forks for 3 people. No spatula...I had to out and buy one. TV wasn't working, however the janitor came quickly to fix it... Hot water switches off about 9am and is off until the late afternoon. That was the time we really needed it! Not an issue if you are going out all day....but if you have to stay in its an issue. They only have lounge chairs to sit 3 people...we had 2 people to visit and they had to sit on the dining room chairs . Strange, when the place is designed for 4 people!!
The location is great.....close to everything in the town. Secure parking is excellent. Beds are comfortable.

BulgariaI didn't like the deposit of £250 I had to pay after I had made my reservation. Such things should be told a potential customer before, and not after they have already booked. I trust the New London Life will refund my bank account soon, and will not turn out to be like some crooks I've encountered elsewhere.
The New London Life is definitely the place to stay in Chelmsford. Very centrally located, next to a beautiful park, opposite Waterstones, M&S, and many other shops. I totally enjoyed my stay, and really hope to return before too soon. Thank you for making my stay so great!

United KingdomInstructions were clear however as I arrived at night the rear area was very dark the security light did not come on so had to use my torch on my phone . a couple of things would have also helped more mirrors and hang rail (even if on the wall) in 2nd bedrooms

ZimbabweHousekeeper didn’t leave keys in key box as per instructions. Lots of hair on tub stopper, Tub had scum marks on it Tea cups had tea marks/ stains on them Housekeeper gave remarks that it took her a while to clean our room whilst we waited for our vehicle to pick us up. Found that cheeky She didn’t apologise for not leaving the keys on check in day leaving us in the cold and rain after a very long flight only.

United KingdomSome odd omissions: nowhere to hang coats up in the entrance/living area; hardly any coat hangers; no chopping boards; no mirror which could be used for putting on make-up. Bathroom 2 could have been a bit cleaner when we arrived. Parking is supposed to be in a numbered space, but the spaces were not numbered.
Excellent location right in the middle of Chelmsford and opposite M & S. Spacious penthouse apartment with fantastic roof terrace with plenty of outdoor seating. Apartment basically well-equipped.
