Everything was fine, but maybe the possibility of having an extra chair or two in the kitchen.

The location was perfect. It was easy to check in with the lockbox. Everything was clean, and there were comfy beds and towels. There were great cooking facilities and a nice living room to chill out in. The blackout blinds in the bedroom were great for my children, and having a car park space was so helpful.

We love staying at this flat, we've come multiple times over the last few years. The best part is the front room with the sea view. You can sit at the table, eating dinner and watching the ocean. We love it :)

A super clean place and every corner of the house smells so good its like walking in to a 5star hotel 😆 Beds comfy. heaters good . Kitchen utensils complete 👍🏻 and the place is just so near to the beach and restaurants as well as a small grocery shop.

A big, warm, (central heating works very well), comfortable, first floor of a big quiet house, well kept & well lit apartment (decor a little tired in places, but not a problem), situated close to seafront , with two spacious bedrooms with wardrobes, double beds comfortable, spacious lounge/dining room airy, relaxing & calm, extremely well equipped kitchen & milk, teabags, sugar etc provided, long hall leads down 5 steps to kitchen & bathroom & additional separate toilet, if you have mobility problem be aware steps are a bit steep-one of us had hip replacements but this really wasn't a problem and we would happily stay here again,; bright kitchen with small table & two chairs, tea towels, crockery, cutlery, pots pans etc, household cleaners & wash up liquid provided, dishwasher, instant hot water, nice bathroom with shower over quite low bath, although could do with extractor fan to counter excess moisture, lots of towels & bath mats, shampoos, shower gel, handwash, provided, (take a rubber non slip bath mat with you if you have mobility problems), and washing machine in cupboard. The other big bonus is that this flat comes with an allotted parking space close by: very rare in Brighton & Hove. Flat is close by shops, mini-markets and a vast selection of restaurants and cafes in Church Road. A gentle 45 minute stroll along the seafront will take you to Brighton Pier. We met our host who was friendly and helpful.

Everything was perfect, nothing to improve on!

We had a wonderful stay and everything was perfect for us! The flat is decorated beautifully and the location is fantastic - just a few steps from the beach. All the communication with owner Sajed was excellent and he gave us very helpful local restaurant recommendations, which were spot on. He even left birthday balloons in the flat on arrival for my daughter as we were celebrating her birthday which was so thoughtful and unexpected!

The apartment was very clean, and had some lovely additional extras, toiletries, milk in the fridge. Was really pleased.

The apartment was cold, however the owner did let us know about this and had said he was available to help if we needed it, which was appreciated. Unfortunately as we arrived home late we didn't want to disturb him and so we grabbed some blankets and that kept us warm before we went to bed. This isn't a fault with the apartment as I'm sure it would have been addressed if we had been there at a reasonable time.

The location was perfect for what we needed, and we were able to walk up to a cafe nearby to get a delicious breakfast in the morning. The apartment was really well looked after and had great facilities. If we were staying for a longer period a slightly larger TV would have been nice but absolutely not necessary with the selection of books available. Comfortable beds and some milk left for us, which was really appreciated as we didn't arrive until late in the evening.

We had a bit of an issue with the heating, but the host was very responsive and helped us to get it working which we appreciated as it was a cold weekend.

Really well situated close to the seafront in Hove (much nicer than Brighton in my opinion). Well decorated, lovely carpets, light airy bedrooms. Shops really close by. Great to have off-road parking. Great for me and my sister but if you’ve any mobility issues just be aware there are quite steep steps down into the kitchen/ bathroom area.

The apartment was beautiful and in a great location. Easy walking distance from Brighton centre and Hove train station. Very close to some lovely and very friendly restaurants and just steps away from the seafront. Instructions from the host regarding arrival and entry were clear. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed for our night away. We had a wonderful stay.

Instructions to the keys and parking were clear. Very clean and tidy house with everything we need. Since parking is expensive near the city centre, we left our car behind and took a bus (£2 per adult per trip but free for kids under 19) and return. Bus stop is just a few mins walk and the ride is only 15-20 mins one way. Cafe and restaurants recommendations from the host were excellent too. We have tried Baked and Unithai and both are fantastic.
