The suggested wifi networks were not available - not a big deal for us as we weren't planning to use it much but worth checking. The TV remote seems to need new batteries; we couldn't get it to turn on, although we could see it was on stand-by - again, not a big issue for us at the time.

The batteries in the TV remote control didn’t work, I had to switch channels while standing at the screen. Also, Wi-Fi didn’t work. And there was no hot water in the shower, but it was in the washbasin. Otherwise, I liked everything)

Only one towel per person . Bed was very soft. No ironing board in flat. Coffee machine was not clean and we could not use. TV remote control could not be used - I bought batteries for the remote but that did not resolve the issue.

Breakfast supplied was good. Location was good . Host answered any questions really quickly. Could leave luggage there till our transport home was available

I had to change the bedding after my three year old daughter was sick. I found the mattress was stained a lot from previous guests which was off putting. I put the bedding in the washing machine but that did not work.

The breakfast was lovely, the flat was well laid out and nicely designed and in a good location.

The bed was uncomfortable and we got the feeling it dipped in the middle. Not a great sleep for us I’m afraid. The bed linen seemed dusty. The toilet seat was broken and could have easily been fixed. The sofa bed was hard to sit on. No tea towel to dry the dishes. No kitchen paper towel. No bin bags. Just these small things make a huge difference. The boiler cupboard door kept opening and it was a big cupboard door. Again that could easily be fixed. The apartment needed a good clean. You could see pots and pans, cups and plates weren’t very clean and light bulbs not working in lamps. The mirror in the living room was dirty. I saw there was a free parking permit for visitors when I booked the property which was a bonus. I did ask if this could be confirmed in a message and didn’t hear back straight away. However once the owner sent a reply with all the property information , we were told since the start of this year the parking permit had stopped and parking directly outside the property was free for a certain time and it was at your own risk if your car was left all day. We didn’t fancy looking around for parking after a long drive at night so we parked in a residential space on the road and moved the car very early the next morning to a space outside the property. Really could have done without that on arrival but at least we didn’t get a ticket. Maybe this needs to be updated in the info section about the property.

The breakfast hamper and the milk in the fridge was very considerate. The location of the property is superb and central to everything you need when visiting the tourist spots.

A damp mildew smell from the bathroom/ toilet.

Value for money. Beautiful hamper of food left for us was wonderful, including milk in the fridge. Was great not to have to go and buy things.

The traffic during the night was relentless so consider bringing ear plugs with you.

The location was about a ten minute walk into the town centre. It was a cosy but nice apartment. The bed was the best part - it was so soft!

The noise from badly fitting original single glazed sash windows was terrible as the property is about 10 metres from the main road into Bath. The property is the space a single man would have lived in the 1800s so if you’re ok with compact you may not mind. The toilet seat is badly broken which would be lethal if you slipped off it but because of the enclosed space you can’t. The shower head sprinkled black bits (mold?)on me while showering. Although the temperature can be set on the thermostat the radiators have furniture in front of them which looks good but is impractical. The sofa bed isn’t comfy at all and the lounge stays cold while the bedroom gets very hot because it’s small and the boiler is in there.

Great breakfast choice. Bright decor. Lots of cooking utensils.

The place was dusty and had someone's hairs all over the place. Could do with a good vacuum. Also the bed was incredibly uncomfortable, and after the first night we had to move to the living room. If that had not been an option I would have had to move out. Additionally the cleaner walked in on us, telling us she had been asked to clean all of the rooms except 5. We were in room 7. Appreciate we asked to check in early and it was not possible, however, we received no response to the request and I had to call direct to get an answer. There was an iron but no board we could find

The food etc left for breakfast was really helpful and much appreciated.

Mattress and a little dusty throughout

Great location , really cool and quirky layout and interior design . The only thing that I would say needs improving is the mattress and also the dust levels through out the flat . My sister is very sensitive to dust and she found it a little dusty in places but overall fantastic value for money . Breakfast and cakes was a nice touch too.

The sofa bed really needs some sort of topper as it wasn't too comfy! But, great to have that option. We also would have appreciated some washing up liquid and tea towels so we could clean up properly after ourselves.

Lockbox was easy to find and to open. It was lovely to have a selection of food for breakfast included. The owners were really prompt at answering messages and very helpful. If the weather had been better we could have walked into town. Supermarket was only a short walk away (but don't get heavy bags as 2 flights of stairs!).

There was no cloth to wash the dishes only a tea towel, no bin bags, dirty saucepans and a few ceiling light bulbs need replacing.

It was central to exploring Bath. Good selection of food in the breakfast hamper. Clean and tidy.

Very small apartment. Be warned that the bathroom and shower are tiny - hard for 6ft 4 man! A shower caddy might help as bending down to get soap etc is tricky in such a small space. Bedroom small and the bed is a struggle for 2 people. Mattress kept sliding to the side so deduced floor or bed were on a slant. Just one flat sheet that kept coming loose. Would have been more hygienic to have a mattress protector and fitted sheet - only one small pillow each (also should have hygiene covers underneath). Couldn't work out sofa bed at all. Found a used disposable vape in sofa. Some additional information would have helped eg sofa bed , heating, etc
