Loved the spacious room. The staff were very friendly and made sure all the details on checking in and our were provided. They also provided a very lovely welcome pack of crisps and wine. Overall an incredibly stay and would definitely recommend and/or come back.

Warm and clean. Room allocated was at the back of the property so very quiet with little noise from other guests. Staff from Harpers emailed entry code details and called on the day to confirm receipt of this. Very helpful staff through email and phone.

I had a text msg re entry codes and spent a lot of time trying to find the info because I assumed it was an email. There is no ph or email communication in the evening and no staff in the building so it was nervewrecking until I found it. I wasn't disappointed when I got in. The room was spacious and warm with a large TV, a decorative fire place, a large table and tea and coffee provided. The bathroom was large with a warm towel rail and powerful shower and really white fluffy towels.

I was surprised to find a bottle of wine and Tayto crisps to welcome us. A very nice touch. The price quoted was exceptional.

Only niggling issue was the rare but episodic noises. Could hear the neighbor enjoy viewing a cricket match at 01:00, …to the score. Soundproofing would make this accommodation extra-special!

Bit run down, obviously website fotos all very old now. Holes in curtains and stains on carpets. Mould in bathroom. Furniture all tired and a little depressing. And all doors SLAM closed.

Poor business processes. 1. I received a confirmation, money was taken, but I didn’t get codes to the door until I supplied photo ID, via email or phone. 2. Room had not been cleaned 3. Confirmation indicated check-in was 2pm, they claimed 3pm.

I have been travelling for more than 2 decades. This is the first time I faced this amount of problems during a single stay - the biggest of which was my communication with the management team as they operate office hours and every time I would talk / email to a different person who did not have the overview of the situation. To top that off, some of the emails I received from the team where borderline passive-aggressive. 1. Upon arrival, when I opened the door of my room, I found that another guest already staying in the room. When I called the team, no one had any idea how this happened. The staff removed the guest's belongings, but did not thoroughly clean the room. There was a wet towel left on the bathroom floor and the carpet was not vacuum cleaned. 2. When I left the room (to allow time for getting it ready for my stay), I was encouraged to leave my luggage in the room, which I did. In addition, I left some items on the nightstantd, which were also removed by the staff upon arranging the room. This was, of course, a mistake, but it took me a week to get hold of all my belongings. Needless to say that I travelled with my belongings to use for work during my stay. Not having them, severely impacted the outcomes of my business trip. 3. When I asked for an iron, the team suggested that I have to use an iron station hidden behind panels in the ground floor (no iron in the room). In order to access it, I would have to remove the panels and even a plant pot. I do not see how this is considered a communal iron, if I have to rearannge decoration to reach it. 4. The internet only worked from the 3rd day onwards. 5. No hot water during the last day. 6. The shower had mouldy & rusty parts. 7. The team offered compensation worth 1 night's cost, upon my check-out (why did they not process this during my stay, I do not know). I have checked-out for 2 days by now & still haven't heard about the compensation.

The location was nice if you need to be close to the university area. The room is indeed spacious. The bed was comfy. Check-in was straightforward.

The first place that I stayed in could have been somewhat larger, but value-for-money-wise there was nothing more to ask for.

I had a good enough start in a nice enough place, but the WIFI didn't work. However, because I was travelling for work, I really needed WIFI. As soon as I had told them about this problem, they relocated me to another place with excellent WIFI (and this place was even nicer). Essentially, I appreciated most that one felt that they made such an effort to fix your problems quickly.

Bed itself was comfy but pillows were awful. Showroom sink didn’t drain properly and floor never dried. TV reception was patchy and no wi-fi despite being offered. Room was never serviced even though the sign was put on the outside of our door daily.

Great location and having the key code was helpful. Quiet area and didn’t hear any noise from other guests. Friendly staff.

It wasn't an apartment.; Problems getting in front door/room. No wifi. TV inconsistent - channels weren't always available - buffering. Would have been nice to have been able to store luggage after leave time - most places you can and come back to it - so had to have it with us for the rest of the day before getting out flight. Didn't like that part of Belfast, felt a bit unsafe walking the streets.

We had a problem entering the property and the lady who helped us out was extremely helpful - Nicola. I thought the complimentary wine/crisps was a nice touch. The bed was comfortable and the shower was fine. The room was clean.

Located not far from the city centre (within walking distance) Plenty of buses nearby if the weather didn't permit walking. The room was very large with a good side en-suite bathroom. Lovely large walking-in shower. The room was warm but was solved by having a window slightly open during the night. We both slept very well during our stay. Check-in was done via message beforehand and received a call after we checked-out to ensure we were satisfied with our stay. Overall good stay.

Bathroom unnecessarily big and always chilly. Little desk was wobbly so couldn't really use it for work. Had a major issue with WiFi as I got none whatsoever and had to spent my own data. While someone always replied to my emails this wasn't fixed by the end of my stay. Sound isolation not the best as you can hear the guests upstairs. Could've definitely used on-site assistance, even at minimal hours.

Location and bedroom were convenient. Enough space for clothes. The little boiler and coffee packets were appreciated. TV was also nice and heater worked fine. Overall good for the price.

The is no reception here, all they do is text you a code for the front door and the same code for the bedroom door. Could it be that all bedroom doors have the same code? Anyway, if there are any problems you are stuck, there is no one to sort thing out. The WiFi didn;t work.The room was small and the bed uncomfortable. I received a text on the day of departure informing me that I must wash up the cup I had been using for tea. There are no washing up facilities except the bathroom basin, using the soap I had recently showered with, and drying the cup on the towel I had used after showering; not very hygienic. The area around the hotel is squalid, burnt out houses and pavements full of rubbish, although there are also a couple of new hotels nearby.

Nothing much, the shower was quite good.
