Great location, pub down the road had great food. Apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we needed and more. Host messaged before and after stay. Appreciated the little touches of milk, bread and chocolates. Overall very happy with our stay

Stairs were a bit tricky for my Mum, but she coped! Not a problem at all for younger folks!

Spotlessly clean. Lovely welcome pack. Comfortable beds and fluffy duvets/pillows. Really well situated for the Beach sauna, Sea Lanes 50m pool, cafés in Kemptown, Spiegeltent and bars in town, and, and and... Greg was really welcoming and helpful. Great communication throughout. Would heartily recommend...

Greg the owner has created a lovely comfortable property with such great attention to detail. High quality furnishings, lovely touch when Greg bought some real coffee for me, Nespresso machine, courtyard garden, small kitchen but it has everything you could need, comfortable beds, warm and a fantastic location on a quiet street between James St and Marine Parade. Very close to pubs, shops and restaurants.

Less expensive parking would be nice... A few more knives and forks would be convenient...

Perfect accommodation for all the family in the middle of Brighton. Small but perfectly formed. Underground parking in the next street. Close to all the action (every kind), two doors up from the Castleford Arms, only 100m from the beach, and less than 500m from the Lanes!

The contact with Greg was excellent as was the quality of the equipment and the cleanliness of the cottage. We felt very at home very quickly. I’ve been staying in gites for the last 30 years and I think this was probably the best. Congratulations to Greg on creating such a cosy cottage!

We loved the cottage. It was very clean and very well equipped (host even provided stair gates, high chair and offered a cot when he found out we were staying with a child). House was very nicely decorated and it seems like every little details has been thought through. Cottage is very close to the seafront without it being close to all the clubs and late night shenanigans.

Very warm and convenient virtual welcome. Loved the extra touch of the chocolates on arrival. The property by itself was super cute and thoughtful in design. We had everything we could hope for, especially for a weekend stay. Excellent location, as the pier/town centre were all walkable with lots of nearby places to eat/drink.

Slightly noisy at night as people walk home after a night out.

Pretty cottage, well-decorated and cery clean with all facilities, just steps from the sea a 10min walk from the Lanes. Greg had even left us some bread, jam and milk on arrival.

If I could give the cottage 100/10 I would! Absolutely spotlessly clean and in a brilliant location. Stunning decor throughout. I didn’t want to leave! Greg’s communication was great. Car park was a two minute walk from the cottage, albeit a tight squeeze. Fortunately my partner is a very experienced driver! We can’t wait to go back! Thank you so much!! ❤️
