We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

It was on the seafront, easy to access the beach, town and Marina. Family room was a good size. Receptionist was friendly. Breakfast service was good.

United Kingdom. is dated and a bit tired. Seems to be a popular hotel for the very mature guests. (Which is not a negative just an observation)WiFi is unavailable in some rooms apparently, ours was one of those. Breakfast was very busy. Waited 15 mins to get seated, another 15 minutes for our order to be taken, and not what was ordered arrived.
Perfect location. Reception staff friendly. Room was a great size.

GermanyI booked at short notice and on arrival, having walked from the station (about 15 minutes) although I had received the confirmation on my mobile phone, for some reason the staff at the desk did not have this yet - but it was no problem and all were friendly and I was given a room key. Dinner had already ended rather early (most of the clientele seem older even than me!) and a nearby restaurant along the promenande was recommended; also I had to leave early for the railway station before most people would have come for breakfast, so cannot comment on these. It is a pleasant typically-English large seafront hotel - carpets, corridors, swing doors, a small bar, the room small but adequate, the shower controls alas very modern and therefore hard to make out unless you know what each anonymous biut of metal means and which way to twist it..... (I am serious - I have had two cataract ops and some things are blurred and I would rather have a simple big 'H' and 'C' or red and blue blob that one can see without spectacles and when the place is filled with steam!!) But what the heck, I was satisfied.

United KingdomThe water temperature from the shower kept adjusting between hot and cold. Alot of banging doors from 6:15 am. We think from staff taking things into the restaurant. Maybe put soft closers or padding on the door frames.
Nice bed and shower. Breakfast was nice. Staff were helpful. Location right on the sea front.

The location of the hotel was good for us , it was near the sea , the Pavilion for the show and the walking along the seafront and the food outlets we found were also to our liking so we said we will come again

United KingdomScaffolding on the outside of the building but I guess this can’t be helped it would have been nice to be told about this before we got there though.
The food was amazing and the staff couldn’t do enough for us even when things happened out of their control as there was a slight plumbing issue but this did not effect our holiday they were able to upgrade us and looked after us service second to none.

United KingdomWe had a 3 night stay in sea view room, it was cracking, views couldn’t be beaten.There was a good choice for breakfast, we had a full English which was freshly cooked and was to order, good ingredients and portions. The Hotel is right on sea front a stones walk from the beach and the harbour, the town is less than 5 mins walk away and it’s all flat. Very pleased with everything.
