The staff were very efficent and very friendly and welcoming. Service was gteat in the restaurant and bar despite there being alarge tour group in.

Bathroom outdated, chipped bath and dirty cloth left on top of bath mirror. All staff was friendly apart of one of them, while we had breakfast in the morning , seemed a bit bothered when asked about breakfast options, like he was not happy to help

Staff changes one if the rooms from twin beds to double bed just to keep the rooms together which was a nice touch

No major issues. The decor is a little outdated/tired and the bathroom was quite garish colours and didn't look much like the picture. However, it was very clean so we didn't mind. The bed is quite a small double by modern standards and the blinds don't fully shut out the light so if you have trouble sleeping with daylight in the room, this might not be the place for you.

We used this hotel as a stop off point on our journey further north. Front desk staff at reception were very friendly and welcoming, the room was very clean, peaceful and comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast, but thought some of the options on the menu were better value for money than others. Overall good value for money and we would stay again if travelling north!

Quite expensive for a ‘suite’ considering there was no sitting area nor a desk to work at.

like a motel arrangement . ground level room with parking outside. I particularly liked the light and bright bathroom. breakfast was varied with all tastes catered for. very handy for the motorway

The room we stayed in (289) could do with a refurb, looking a bit tired, same applies to the bathroom - good luck trying to work out how you turn the shower off!!!!

Staff were all nice and friendly. Hotel was very clean room excellent plenty of space in the room. Food in restaurant was really good and reasonable priced. There was a coach party of 50 in for dinner and service was excellent.

Abrupt member of staff in restaurant. Bridal party slamming doors from 7am onwards & allowing a small child to wander the hotel knocking & trying bedroom doors! Very dangerous 😳

Restaurant is great except for limited menu choice. A few more specials on the board would be good. Staff are always lovely although we did encounter a female member of staff who was a little abrupt.

We requested early check in and they did their best to let us in the room for 12:00 so we could get to a wedding at 1pm. We arrived for breakfast at 9:10 and was told it finished at 9 but they put an order through for us which was very good of them

On the downside, I tried to connect with MS Teams for business calls, but the wifi speeds were really slow and I was unable to work on one day. The only negative aspect in my experience. Breakfast, I wasn't really given a menu on day 1 and 2, but the staff just took my order and that was OK. If you weren't familiar with what was on offer (I didn't know there was a continental option until the morning I left), you'd have to ask. The staff were very friendly and helpful, so I think asking wouldn't be an issue.

I stayed for 3 nights. Check-in was very quick, friendly and efficient. Everything was explained about Breakfast (as in where to go), the wifi password, and if I had any questions, I only had to ask. The room was enough for a couple. A comfortable bed, a nice big bathroom, and extra points for having charging plugs built into the wall (on both sides of the bed). A nice touch. I'm never going to use the iron that was provided, but great if you needed it :) I had dinner a couple of nights and the food was great. We also had a couple of kids on the second night with us, and they also enjoyed the food. A nice family atmosphere in the restaurant.
