Wifi was as slow as dialup, the toilet seat was wobbly and the kitchen knives were a bit blunt.

The location was amazing, it was clean, cosy and warm. There was a nice welcome pack with local goodies. The pans in the kitchen were really good for big breakfasts 😋

The toilet seat was a bit temperamental and the top of the stairs would have benefitted from a bannister or gate (even for adults!)

Excellent location with a lovely view of the castle. The downstairs is spacious and beautifully decorated. The welcome gifts of milk, bread and treats were very thoughtful and useful as we arrived on a Sunday when the shops were closing!

There is very steep staircase.

Very thoughtful of the owner to leave milk, juice, bread, and butter for our use. Comfortable bed, nice couches, and ability to stream Netflix or Prime with our own accounts appreciated. When I mentioned the lack of tablets for the dishwasher, the owner kindly sent some over. The washer/dryer combo is the best I’ve ever had in the UK as it actually gets the clothes dry. Great location just a couple of streets from High Street and the train station.

Exceptionally minor thing but it would be really helpful to have a shelf in the shower to put your stuff on. FYI to anyone unfamiliar with kitchen drawers within drawers, there is cutlery, it's just in a second drawer inside the main utensil drawer. :) (My partner had never seen one before so struggled to find it.)

Communication with the hosts was excellent via email and then SMS which I prefered. I was given the code to the lockbox on the day of arrival. The property was clean and welcoming with a gorgeous view of the castle from the kitchen window. The shower is lovely and large and the beds comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find some nice breakfast stuff in the fridge. The property is in a wonderfully central location which is very close to the long stay (and affordable) carpark. Our stay was excellent and we'll definitely book here again in the future (there's a few events we'd like to return for). Great value for money. :)

Steep stairs straight from bedroom not ideal with a toddler but to be expected in these style and age of houses. 4th pullout bed not made up had to look for a sheet for mattress.

perfect location to high street and castle. very cosy and well decorated, lovely little house. views of castle better than expected. Nice touch leaving fresh milk, bread and welsh cakes.

The wifi worked not as good as expected, the speed was too slow to open a web page sometimes.

The decoration of the house is warm as go my own home, everything was well prepared, all the rooms were well cleaned, basic food like milk, juice and bread could be found in the kitchen and fridge. The location is perfect for eating, shopping and have a trip around.
