Being fire doors they do bang. That's people needing to be courteous though. Very narrow entry, couldn't get wheelchair through.

Nothing really, the TV remote wasn't fully functional but easily overcome. Could do with a small fridge in the room, also there was no ice available in the hotel.

The location was perfect as we were visiting Warwick Castle, only a 10 minute walk away. We didn't have breakfast. There were a couple of minor problems with the room but nothing serious.

Breakfast was a bit confusing. Could have been a little more organised....and a wonky table didn't help. Room 9 was ok but needs a little TLC. Carpet needed a wash, large stains, and just felt dirty. Net curtains need a wash also. One of the windows didn't open due to a broken catch. There is no plug in the sink, just a hole.. Also, whilst in bed on the one night, someone tried to get in the room due to a confused key number.. which was a little upsetting for my wife, but i suppose wasnt the fault of the hotel.....

Location. Great for Warwick castle Comfy bed. Lovely fresh towels. Great shower with a large bath. Staff welcoming and pleasant.

I cant think of anything really that was not to my liking every thing was there for our stay and we stayed all week, the room was great and the location was great for the train station so I can't fault anything really.

On arrival we were unfortunately asked to change rooms the next day because there was a problem with the shower, so we moved rooms the next day so they could get it repaired and we were told early in the morning that our new room was ready for us having been cleaned that morning .They were full of apologies for the inconvenience but we were located to a better room with a great shower and it was slightly bigger too. we were very impressed with the room service here too they were cleaned every day and were replenished with coffee etc ,they were lovely hosts and very welcoming.

Beds were a little uncomfy as could feel some springs, sofa bed in particular. Clean for the most part but under the sofa bed and chairs hadn't been cleaned for a long time, some rubbish and a lot of bits. Carpets were not the cleanest but beds, sheets, surfaces all well cleaned.

Fantastic location for walking into Warwick town centre, museums and the castle. Got parked easily. Room & bathroom was very spacious, king size bed. Hotel was quite quiet. Breakfast good value as kids continental included with adult cooked breakfast. Good selection of fresh fruit and juice. Fridge qas very handy and tea/coffee facilities. Also a fan in the room, ample storage for clothes.

Nothing really. The paint work was a little faded but more an observation than complaint

We likes the location near to shops and restaurants and specifically the Windsor Castle. The rooms were more spacious than anticipated. The breakfast was excellent.

I wish there were a mini fridge in the room and a decent sized closet.

I like its location, minimal service/interruption, privacy, and convenience of traveling within the city and the area.
