Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomParking was a pain and the management company said there will be cash left for parking on the table in the cottage, there wasn’t! although parking wasn’t much, It’s a pain when you have to hunt round to get cash together to pay for parking as the card machine at the pay station in the car park wasn’t working! It also will be helpful if there was washing up liquid a dish cloth and kitchen roll, the basics really.
The cottage was a great location right in the centre of cardigan. Renovated and designed to a high standard with a great use of space.

United KingdomThere was no parking money left at the property, which it is said there would be. Also it would be better if you provided more details regarding the parking. The one on chancery lane, is not ideal as its 3 hours max, unless you access it after 5:30 and leave before 8:30 in the morning. We found a car park near the church down the hill where you could pay for the week at £13:10 which was a better option and means we could leave there car there all day and night. That information prior would have been helpful, and would have stopped us driving round looking for a more suitable car park. The property is next to a bar ( a nice bar) again would have been nice to be told, as the bar didn't stay open too, late so it was nothing to worry about but we didn't know that upon arrival

United KingdomThe parking is a walk away and there wasn’t really anywhere for coats and shoe storage.
the location for the town is perfect. it is modern, light and clean with all necessary mod cons and electrical items you need. The rooms were lovely and comfortable and warm with lots of lovey local art and nik naks making it feel cosy and homely.
