I personally do not like bedrooms with carpet flooring.

Beds were very comfortable. Appreciated the choice of coffee, tea and biscuits offered in the room.

Impressive coaching inn, as nice inside as it is out. Small but comfortable and quiet room. Fleeting overnight stop so didn't sample the food.

There were some bits of fluff and dirt on the carpet and the drawer in the bathroom had a stain in it. The mirror in the bathroom had the window behind it so you couldn't really use it as you couldn't see properly with the light behind you.

The room was lovely. I really liked the drinks sachets, the bicuits and the Nespresso machine.

The room was cold. The heater didn't heat the room and bathroom up.

The location was great, rooms were beautiful, and the view was spectacular. The service was great throughout. The restaurant was exquisite, serving high end dishes. The hotel had everything to meet your needs, from a coffee shop, bar, and restaurant. It's a great place to stay for the Conwy Castle.

The Hotel was very good, we understand that if you arrive in summer the place can be much more beautiful, for us who arrived at the end of February they were short days, which we still knew how to enjoy.

On our way from Liverpool to Dublin, we found this town to spend a night, and searching a little we found this Hotel, it met our expectations and we recommend it if you are traveling with the family, a small but very cozy place

Disturbed nights sleep. It's an old building and the windows are single glazed and let in a lot of noise from the street below. They also rattle when there is wind - had to get up in the night to put paper down the gap to stop the rattling. Also the door to the room next door was adjacent ( at a right angle ) to ours so we were disturbed by their late arrival and early departure - very difficult not to hear every bit of movement form other guests

Room and bathroom were clean and well decorated. Loved the Nespresso Coffee machine and vanity mirror. accommodated the dog really well with bed and bowl

The only minor complaint was the windows are single paned and let in quite a bit of noise from the high street on the first night of our stay.

We really loved the fantastic location, the adorable doggy bed for our pup and the fine attention to detail in the room!

The noise from the stairs landing and the hot water tank where very noisy at night and early in the morning. Did not sleep well as late arrivals disturb our sleep.

Windows in our room didn't open at all, painted or locked shut, would have preferred to get some fresh air in the room. This might help with the condensation on the windows, which could have done with a clean - bit mouldy round the edges.

Lovely characterful building in the heart of Conwy, plenty of free parking, warm welcome from the team, room was spacious and comfortable, great bar downstairs - centrally located to access local restaurants, shops and bars.

Very little choice left at breakfast when we ate at 9:30. Items didn't get replenished, no fruit salad, poor choice of juices and yogurts.

Cosy, comfortable room in a great location. Loved the mocktails from the bar in the evening.
