Lacked shampoo/:shower gel. Shower made a horrendous noise when switched on.

The welcome from staff.The room was comfortable, warm, tea/coffee stocked, towels available. Instant Porridge in a pot nice touch. The price was excellent.

Not much parking. Shame breakfast isn’t provided but there are cafes and a Wetherspoons in the vicinity. If you are a light sleeper then I’d suggest taking earplugs as the windows aren’t sealed DG units and the hotel is located on a busy road.

Welcoming host and room was very clean. Reasonably priced. Above a friendly, well priced pub - so not far to stumble back to your room.

Bed was very low.... I did struggle to get up but have mobility issues so anyone else would have had no issues

Rooms were basic but very clean. Just about everything we needed. (Randomly only 1 spoon and water glass in a double room. We ate our porridge in turns)

There was no teaspoon in the room for the tea and coffee and no litter bin in the bedroom although they were doing some decorating so I suspect that these omissions might be related to that,

As expected. Very friendly staff. Basic but comfortable rooms. Good central location being in the town centre and 10 minutes walk from the football ground.

Very friendly people, though they do not offer food on premises, they recommended plently of local places to eat, which were all walking distance.

Our room was on the main road so there was a lot of noise but still managed to get to sleep due to the alcohol consumed at the bar

Room was basic but spotless The bar had an amazing atmosphere and staff where involved in the fun which made everyone feel welcome

The pub was a little busy, which is fine, but it felt a little intimidating when I walked in because some of the customers were quite rowdy. I get that it's a pub but it felt uncomfortable as the only entrance was through the bar. Quite a lot of road noise in the single room so I didn't sleep too well. However, I would book it again but would ask for a room at the rear. Parking on the street was strange, however my car was absolutely fine.

The place was clean and the bed was comfortable, clean bathroom, nice towels and a good tea tray. The lady who booked me in and took me to my room was really lovely.I would have liked to have been able to sit in the bar and have a drink but I didn't feel comfortable doing that. I travel a lot on my own and I don't usually worry about sitting alone.

Whist our door had a main lock to it, the outside door to the building didn’t meaning anyone could get into the building. Made me a little nervous! It was fine, but I do think another lockable outside door should be installed for safety

Luckily it was a cool night (less than 10 degrees) for August so I closed the window. The location facing a busy crossroads may have made it a bit noisy otherwise. As it was, no issues and I slept really well.

Comfortable enough for a one-person overnight stay. There weren't too many options in Accrington but this did the job well. Short walk from the station.
