Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThere didn't seem to be a lot of staff on; so those that were working were trying to do several things. Lovely chap on reception and bar that we didn't see stand still for more than a minute as he was wearing several hats! However, all staff were friendly and helpful and this was a minor issue really for us and our stay.
Staff friendly, car parking available, bar open, spacious room which was lovrly and clean, value for money on breakfast as kids ate free. We will definitely be staying here again as we visit Blackpool a couple of times a year.

United KingdomPaid for premium sea view room, but the room was sooooo tiny! I was glad it was only for one night! I would not pay the extra as it is not worth it. Reported to reception and stated not as advertised and could we move rooms, was told not allowed. Whilst at breakfast there were two older ladies on the table next to ours, one was visually impaired as she had a guide dog and the other physically impaired, using two walking sticks. They asked the staff for help getting their breakfast. The member of staff refused stating that they were too busy and if they had do it for them they would have to do for everyone! My mum got up and helped them! Absolutely disgusting behaviour from staff and not very inclusive!
The location of the hotel was brilliant.

room-beds were comfortable but room had a corner beam so that you could only get out of one side of the bed without banging your head. Made walking to the window and around the room difficult. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice. Staff were very good.

Lovely staff service. Able to park the car up before check in time and spend some time in blackpool. Good choice of breakfast.

United KingdomThere are various steps on each floor which for a person with a disability are difficult, No handrails. When making this observation at reception we were told that is because the corridors are not wide and there is no room for hand rails. Even a dado rail would be useful.
Upon checking in our room 2013 was tiny. Upon dealing with the person in reception a Manager called Chis spent time to allocate a bigger room 2009. This was excellent and we thank Chris for his time and touble.

The twin room was on the top floor, so had a sloping ceiling over one of the beds, which wasn't ideal. Ate our evening meal there. Had to wait a long time to be served with the food (an hour). Looked like the kitchen was under staffed. Reception and bar staff very helpful
