The twin room 106 was below average, it was cold and drab, it sounded like there was an open window (there wasn’t) it was a very small room and the bathroom fan sounded like an air raid siren. At the side of this room was a small construction site.

The restaurant, bar, corridors and reception area was very clean and contemporary. Easy check in/out, great parking facilities. The sea view double bed room was excellent, spacious clean and modern (room 212)

Small room Some sort of repairs were going on in what sounded like the room next door which started at 845 am, we had no communication regarding this.

A bit further out from the main parts of Blackpool but it was a nice walk and the transport links were great as there was the tram literally across the road and a bus stop just a bit further down from the hotel.

Initial room allocated Room 308 The bathroom had black mould on the silicone around the bath the window was so small in the room and it had water damage I declined this room . I was then given room 309 There was a huge stain in the middle of the carpet did not want to imagine what it was. The bathroom was damp with paint flaking off the ceiling over the bath. I declined this room Room 105 It was hard to open the door as the single bed was up against it but this room was so much better less shabby didn't smell damp although the windows again had blown we had a great night's sleep .

Lovely spacious dining room , good food ,I asked for poached egg which was cooked to perfection. Waiting on staff were happy friendly and very helpful.

Tiny room, barely room for a suitcase. Ancient plumbing system with toilet cistern taking half an hour to refill.

Room 100 - extremely hot - (temperature outside 14 degrees). Even with the one small window open and fan, the only way to reduce the temperature was to keep the bedroom door open for a time. Keeping the curtains closed, by the next day the room was fine. 214 Bathroom needs complete renovation -

Private Car Park at hotel front. View and location of hotel. Brilliant staff - very helpful. Good evening meal menu. Newly decorated, very clean. Dogs welcome throughout the hotel - appreciated that there are no restrictive areas (not allowed to remain in bedroom alone - which is a very welcome). Ground floor bedroom with disabled access - excellent bathroom.

The automatic doors don’t work. It’s been like this for the past 3 years. Does not make hotel wheelchair accessible.

Windowsills and windows in room needed a bit of a clean. The smoke alarm in our room was buzzing all evening. Staff were very helpful and gave us another room but this was smaller. Breakfast was OK but more continental selection and fresh coffee would be better.

Room could have been cleaner, small things like marks on the walls which could have been wiped off. Skirting boards needed dusting. Bathroom had broken tiles and a very small bath. A bit over priced for the room itself.

Communal areas were very modern and clean. Great sea view. Helpful friendly staff. Breakfast and evening meal were exceptional and good value for money. Room was good size with a comfy bed.

The staff is not very accommodating. I was an hour earlier before check in time but they didn't allow me to check in. We, as long distance travellers, have very little control over timings (considering improper flight times and public transportation timing). Other hotels have this leeway but not this one. Secondly, the hotel mentioned providing toiletries but I guess dental kit is not apart of that. Lastly, even though I choose the "pay on property" option, my card was still charged two days in advance.

Heating in hotel on a timer .. comes on at night ? Damp carpet by the window no grab rails as bath was deep .. charging plug in wrong place

Our room was beautifully clean but a little attention was required. Very warm, however a fan was provided.

A lovely clean, modern hotel. The downstairs was refurbished and really welcoming. Parking was available at very reasonable rate.

Pillows had seen better days. Woke up with a stiff neck. In my opinion , the Seaview rooms were over priced
