Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The Location is perfect , in the middle of the city center and few steps from Queen Street station. The room has all the utilities and facilities you need. Mini bar in the room, tea and coffee are free. Breakfast Buffet is fine.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, The location was great ,next to the train station and all the shops ,the bar next door was very good.the hotel only has a bar in with the restaurant which was a good size ,breakfast was very good .A good selection in the free mini bar.

United StatesHonestly our hotel was one of the best parts of our 1 night stay in Glasgow. The staff were all friendly and helpful on offering recommendations. The hotel is centrally located steps away from Buchanan Street and easy walking distance to anything you want to see, pubs, and restaurants. Super comfortable room with complimentary minibar was a great perk. The bathroom was well appointed with luxury toiletries and large tub to take a proper hot bath. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend! If we ever go back to Glasgow will definitely stay here again!

United KingdomThe room was uncomfortably hot. The air con didn't make a difference, the window didn't open and I used a fan I found in the wardrobe but it really didn't make a difference. The air con was also crazy loud so I couldn't have it on whilst on phone calls and online meetings or when I was trying to sleep. Couldn't get a booking at the restaurant because they said they were too busy one night and then they were closed the second evening. There was a room service option but only for pizza. Pillows were really hard too unfortunately
Staff were friendly (although did enter my room with a key on my first day after I had checked in whilst I was on the phone which was a bit annoying). Room was clean

We got an early check in which was great after travelling overnight. A good size room, comfortable bed , free mini bar , iron and ironing board, TV all good.
