We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Kingdomit’s just all a bit dated, especially the bedrooms and bathrooms. the carpets around the hotel also need updating. the bar and garden area are nice but the weeds and plants made it look scruffy as they were not maintained.
the building is lovely and the facilities are good. we used the spa and had a massage which were very good. the spa is a lovely modern relaxed area.

United KingdomWe ate in the restaurant by the pool a lot and could have done with some healthier options, especially for the kids. By the end of the week even they were a bit done with chips! We were in an apartment and the sofa bed me and my husband shared was pretty uncomfortable, didn’t sleep a whole night through even once! Also experienced a lot of noise from creaky floors above which wasn’t really anyones fault but did wake us up.
It was everything you would want from a holiday abroad, just in the UK! We really had a great time and the kids loved the indoor and outdoor pools and playing football in the evenings. We felt we had value for money with everything on offer and although we didn’t choose to access all the entertainment, the animal handling was excellent and we couldn’t believe such great quality activities were included at no extra cost.

United KingdomChildren should have been packed off the dance floor at nine thirty in the evening but were still running around at eleven at night but they were stars of attraction by the "party maker" on Thursday night entertainment. The hotel is a rambling old building and although clean and tidy it has narrow stairways and very poor lift accommodation. I bumped my head on a low ceiling near head of staircase.
Breakfasts were excellent and set us up for the day. Facilities at the Aztec were also excellent as was the outdoor pool which was supervised up until about 8 oclock at night. All outdoor facilities enjoyed to the max all enhanced by the marvelous weather this week. Great rock and roll show by staff on Wednesday night.

Carling terrible, cocktails too expensive! - need better drink options! bathrooms need upgrading, flush system was like from the 1980s and shower power was weak! bathroom/toilets were not cleaned daily (bedrooms only). need more non-dairy milk options.

United KingdomParking was a tadge tight. Whilst watching the golf or the football in Alberts Bar the sound was always turned down and the music was playing. Sports fans DO NOT want to watch the Open Golf and listen to Bananarama at the same time ! The heat around the general area of the pool was stifling.
I thought the eating options was very good and the variety of things to do was excellent ! Staff, on the whole, was more than willing to go the extra mile. The general layout of the complex was pleasant and a nice flow / feel when going from one property to another.
