Not much to complain about. Perhaps having 2 sets of keys would make it easier for several people staying to independently come and go.

Only thing we would have liked is a full length mirror. There were plenty of them so wasn’t a real issue.

Location was excellent. We got a train from Scotland it was a 5min walk from station. Everything was in our door step. Property had everything we needed. The house was in a lovely area.

Stayed here with my friend to celebrate her birthday. We absolutely loved the property. Everything we needed was there. Owners fantastic, location could not have been better for train station, restaurants, pubs, shops etc. Warm, cosy....I could go on and on!

This is not a complaint, just a observation Perhaps a folding clothes rack would be handy for anyone wanting to do washing to hang up, if they were staying for more than a few days. Although the washing machine has a dry setting.

The location could not have been better. Even though central it was very quiet. Only a short walk to everything. Lovely and warm house. Nice of Joe the host to leave us milk and also the chocolates and prosecco. Nice to have a iron and ironing board.

Nothing, oh the batteries were dead in one of the remotes but if this is something that someone would complain about, its something they need to get a grip about.

Location was outstanding for purposes of our work. Everything was on our doorstep! There was a bar over the road and quite a few people gathered outside the bar but once in the property you could not hear a single voice! Train station is straight round the corner and all shops are on your doorstep. Also on the day we left I contacted the owner of the property and he allowed us to keep our bags in the property until we had been for food and for our train as he had no one booked in the day we left! He also allowed us to check our bags in earlier as the previous occupants left early letting us leave our travel bags in the property rather than us taking them to work, very friendly gentleman and very accommodating, we will definitely be back if not for a trip to Carlisle or work purposes also met the cleaner and he was very friendly a courteous.

Not one single thing

5 star plus home, just perfect for a reunion of two old friends after 8 years. It has everything one might need and more, is surrounded by restaurants, is close to the city centre and the station and is comfortable as well as pretty. Great value too. Joe is an excellent host and his team extremely helpful. Loved it.

I loved everything about our stay there's nothing I would change, they've have thought of everything, fresh milk in the fridge. Everything was clean and fresh. Communication with host was promp every time. Key was in a safe box and required a pin apon arrival. Thanks for our stay Joe we will definitely stay again. Charlotte and James.

We loved the location, so close to everything. Parking a 2 minute walk away so felt good knowing my car was close. The house had everything you would need in it. Very quiet too even with a couple of pubs over the road, windows seemed to block out 90% of the noise. Arrived to Prosecco and chocolate too which was a lovely touch. Honestly can’t fault anything at all we loved it.
