Cleaners do not refresh the rooms daily which is understandable, however for longer stays would have been nice to have had the room quickly cleaned but am aware of time constraints and cost

A small detailed map 0f guest parking would be good can be a little confusing going around one way system as you are on it quickly on a busy road appreachiated video link a similar simple paper route diagram would prepare for this in my opinion

Finding my way to the exact building where my room located caused me a bit of stress but I did get there. Retrieving the key from the lock box and finding my room was easy.

The manager was a lovely man. We arrived late, and he waited for us, and showed us around, and gave us a brief history of the castle. His service was exceptional.

The room was dark.

The location, in the grounds of the castle, was perfect. In the evening the castle grounds were closed to the public so only residents (including ourselves) had access. The room was spacious. The breakfast was delicious and served in a lovely restaurant in the same building.

If there's one thing for me to criticize,no TV in the room,if there was a TV it would have been spot on, having said that in this day and age laptops and tablets it wasn't a big deal

Car park was a little tricky to find initially but once we did, all the codes worked and although a tight entrance, we managed it easily in our Qashqia car. I was surprised to be asked to strip the bedding & put it along with the towels in a laundry bag, especially as there wasn't a laundry bag available.

Very comfortable room. Good size open plan room with a seated area by the TV and tea/coffee facilities, and the bed area with wardrobe, dressing table and each area lighted separately. Separate private bathroom within the room configuration. Access to the room is up one small flight of stairs. Breakfast is in the restaurant within the building, unlike some rooms where you have to walk outside from your room to the cafe. All staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast - cereal, juice, yoghurt & fruit, croissants & welsh cooked breakfast, including a vegetarian option.

The floor was slanted slightly in the room.

We arrived on a Castle festival day which was very interesting. Very friendly staff. Secure parking. The room y Copa was spacious, well equipped and very clean. Delicious breakfast.

Top floor, difficult getting luggage from car park to the room. Husband has a stick so it was a challenge.

Room only but only really one breakfast option for cooked breakfast and quite expensive at £10. Would have liked more options as could not eat a large Welsh breakfast every day. Location of car park difficult as my father is disabled and had to stop at the front by the entrance to unload where we weren't supposed to park. Could do with making this space a disabled parking bay.

Beautiful room, comfortable, clean and wonderful view of the river. Staff so friendly and helpful, helped to even carry our luggage on our departure.
