Great caravan nothing we didn’t like. Great location facing Beaches Bar & Restaurant. Amazing Pizza. Steaks, Breakfast with a fun owners, staff and clientele. Don’t want to say too much we might not get in again

Spacious, modern, clean & comfortable. Plenty of parking. Lovely sunny outside decking to relax. Our Labrador loved it too! The extra bathroom was a plus too, we would definitely return, oh and our host was most helpful.

We love the location of the caravan. St Merryn is beautiful with all the different bays to visit. It was great to come back after a long day at the beach and warm up by the fire. Lovely stay.

We loved everything about our stay!

Lovely quiet location within very easy reach of lots of beaches and only 10 mins or so from the sweet little town of Padstow. Lovely clean caravan, well stocked with cleaning and cooking essentials. We particularly liked the decking, as did our dog. We loved that our dog was welcome there too.

The relentless screeching of the rooks nesting in the trees outside the bedroom window, from 4.30am every morning. Just the time of year. Should have taken ear plugs.

Everything good, smaller than it looks on the photos but just right for me & my dog. Well stocked with all essentials . Very handy to get to all the Seven Bays & Padstow.

I appreciate pets are allowed but the only slight thing we didn’t like was there was a lot of dog hair transferred onto clothes from the van.

Lovely caravan and the host was great with all communication (via messages and in the welcome booklet). The kitchen was really well equipped and we appreciated all the homey touches like cleaning products and the decor.

The one and only small issue we had was with the pillows. They were very thin and not comfortable. I usually take my own pillows away and forgot.

Very clean and well equipped caravan. The owner had thought of lots of ‘little touches’ such as cleaning equipment, hand wash, tea, coffee and towels that aren’t usually included in a self catering property. The beds were all made up and you could literally open the door and begin your holiday. A very quiet site with a lovely decked area to sit out on to enjoy the peace and quiet. The caravan was well furnished and modern with homely touches. We appreciated the enclosed deck area for our dog to be with us outside safely. The deck overlooked a grassed area with trees, very peaceful for a cup of tea and to ‘switch off’. Handy enclosed dog field too. We had a lovely few days away, close to Padstow and beaches. The site is very well situated to get out and about easily. Excellent communications from the owner who provided a useful information pack as well. We had a great few days here and appreciated all of the efforts that the owner made to make our stay comfortable.

It took a little while to sort out Netflix, even with the password, but we got there in the end.

The property was lovely and clean. It had everything that we needed. The owner had left paperwork explaining where each of the Seven Bays were which was very helpful.

The smell!! We walked in to be greeted to the smell of a dog kennel and a very strong plug in!! it was horrific and very disappointing we are dog owners ourselves so we’re not anti dog but this was not acceptable. There were other areas that could be cleaned to a higher standard, top of the shower and bedroom units were very dusty. We also had no privacy at night the replacement curtains were to short or didn’t fit the windows very poorly thought out

Accommodation has a great location on the park quiet most of the time with no immediate neighbours on one side and a great sun trap
