The decor is quite dated if you are someone that prefers a more modern feel. The rooms are quite close together therefore opening doors at the same time may cause the handles to interlock.

Absolutely loved the location, it is a bit of a walk to the beach 10-15 minutes (depending on how fast you walk) but we did not mind. The property is very cozy and had all the amenities we required. The shower felt absolutely amazing with consistent water pressure. The deck chairs available allowed us to spend time outside the van enjoying some lovely sunshine. Vaughn was very helpful host making us aware of various activities available for us. The communication was always very friendly.

The caravan was lovely! Beautiful and homely, it’s in a quiet little area on the caravan site, close to the beach and we got a cute little welcome pack left on the table as we walked in :) and what’s better than seeing tiny wild rabbits chilling on the grass?! 🩶

The staff at the clubhouse and entertainment hall. Bar food serving, etc. Being spoken down to by children running the bar very disrepctfull to my husband and family very immature considering its a holiday camp. Shame really as the caravan was on point!!!

Was very lucky! The caravan was clean and homely comfatable, which suited my sons needs with autism and adhd etc. The owners' very polite and calm understanding I would definitely recommend this caravan and the owners.

The area with the rooms felt a bit cramped for someone with clostrophobia, but they got used to the space eventually and enjoyed their stay.

The caravan was nicely kept and clean. Nice facilties. Felt like home away from home. The host was very professional and provided excellent service.

The caravan was a little hard to find. We returned to the front desk to get a map of the park.

In the caravan we found everything we needed: iron, kettle, microwave, toaster, pots and cutlery, etc. It was clean and quiet.

A little dated but in good condition and kept clean for the age of van/price of break.

Nice quiet area of the site, own parking right next to caravan and just 10/15 mins walk to beautiful Camber beach and short drive to pretty Rye. Kitchen well stocked with utensils etc and we were able to cook numerous meals without any issues. Owner communication excellent, welcome pack useful.

We had a wonderfully time here with children and friends . Everything you need is in this caravan. No need to bring cleaning stuff or bedding which was a great bonus . Check in / registration was very fast and easy and the host was lovely to deal. Really made you feel like you could contact him for anything

Everything was lovely.. it was really clean and equipped.. very peacful area to relax and enjoy.. there are great facilities for kids to enjoy and loose energy.. beautiful beach not too far to reach.. lovely walk.. it was great weekend spend for my boy's birthday.. the owners are really lovely and gives perfect service.. I'm not so keen on Calls so contacting them by text and reply to you immediately was a top/massive service for me.. we strongly recommend it
