Difficult to find the entrance, minimal amenities (no hand towels, small bath towels), very small space, “3rd bed” was a fold out chair. Contacted the host regarding an issue and never got a response

Not suitable for 3 people due to lack of space. Sofa bed chair was uncomfortable to sleep on. Double size duvet was provided for the sofa bed chair but only single size duvet cover was provided. No hairdryer was provided as listed. Blinds do not cover windows fully, therefore lets the light in.

The staircase is too narrow and the bar behind the flat can be noisy but it doesn’t bother you once you’re inside the flat.

Location was excellent if you want to stay in central London. Easy access to Bank and Cannon street tube stations , on all major bus routes. Small flat but with all amenities.

Bedroom blind was broken and shower was cold (tried it on 3 diff settings). Also up 60 steps, no lift.

Studio Nr.1 is a little small for 3 people. The third bed is not comfortable and there was no pillow for this bed.

The Studio was very clean and was super central. The Owners are really easy to contact and communication overall was very friendly.

The bathroom needs some maintenance. The toilet seat is coming off and there is a leak under the bathroom floor so water disconcertingly squelches up between the tiles. The third bed is a VERY uncomfortable sofa bed and although we were told bedding would be provided this consisted only of a pillow and duvet with no duvet cover or bed sheets! The flat really isn’t big enough for 3 people.

Blinds did not cover window so sunlight streaming in early morning Towels were tiny and not fit for purpose No bath mat so floor became soaked ! Coffee Bar with no coffee only tea and hot chocolate Narrow stairway up to 4th floor ! Outside noise including rubbish collection from nearby bars/ restaurants in the early morning Coffee seller start playing music extremely loudly at 0630am Shower only had one temperature….tepid ! No complimentary water which would have been a nice touch given the pricing

For three people it's really a little too tight. There was only one roll of toilet paper available. A small roll... maybe I would leave at least two available. There were only two towels instead of three, but after reporting it they correctly proceeded to bring us two more. I would make sure to have more towels available, maybe even one for the face and I would provide a hair dryer (it would be convenient). But obviously it is not a hotel, so we realise the situation.

The location is really great. Literally around the corner there is the Bank metro stop, but the apartment is so well positioned that there is no chaos or exaggerated noises (you are still in London). They allowed us to enter the room at 14 instead of 16, which is much appreciated! For two people it is really the ideal accommodation! Clean, cosy bed, a huge window that gives so much light. The room is not very big, but there is everything you need, a small kitchen with a dishwasher and even a washing machine! Same thing for the bathroom, small but functional. You are in the middle of the commercial city, but during the weekend the offices are closed so there is peace and tranquillity. In 15 minutes on foot you are at the tower bridge! We will definitely be back (maybe only in two)

No hangers! Limited storage space for a longer stay. High luminosity outside, and coffee bar just below turns music on very early. Bed is relatively short.

It is not the owners fault but the smell of Subway throughout the location is really bad. Unfortunate as the location and apartment are very good indeed.

After climbing up 4 flights of very narrow stairs to arrive at the top floor unit, we found that the sofa bed was absolutely too small for me to unfold and sleep on. It was literally right next to the bed and sized for a child. Had I unfolded it, my husband would have had to climb over me to get up and use the bathroom. The photos of the space are very deceptive and I don't believe the SF calculation. It was much smaller than most hotel rooms. We did not stay in the apartment, even though we rented it for two nights, because it was just too small. We ended up staying in a Travelodge, which was a much better sized room for two people. The "kitchen" in this space is also too small to be of any use and if you prepared anything, you would have to eat sitting on the bed. Horrible!

Curtains didn’t cover the windows fully so when in bed light came through the bottom. Also meant when the light was on and getting changed etc, there were gaps for potential views outside!!! No fan or anything and the room was very hot. I opened windows but didn’t cool the room down and in a central location with so much noise, a fan would be better provided. No hot water in the shower.

It was like a tiny flat absolutely not comfortable for a family of three. When we unfold the bed you could not even walk properly to the bathroom as it was blocking completely the whole room. Toilet seat broken, the folded bed was also falling apart.
