The place was clean

There was a little bit of confusion initially when having access to the place.

We did not have A/C in the rooms or a fan and it was really hot. Also, the noise issolation was not very good, we could hear our neighbours as if they were sharing our room. The area was quite for from the center, but there was a metro station near by.

The building had very modern security locks everywhere, which was nice. There were also utilities to cook in the kitchen, which was handy. Additionally, there was an iron for the clothes but was in use most of the time, perhaps having one per room would be better.

It’s not very soundproof and you can hear everything.

The people cleaning were very nice. The property is close to shops, restaurants and train station.

Room 5 has French doors that are locked, so no airflow, the fan in the room is too loud to sleep with it on and too hot to sleep without. I would have also liked a lamp in the room. I am an autistic person and found the room very overstimulating to stay in.

The room is a bit old and the bed is not very comfortable. Might be good to upgrade the facility a bit with new fittings and treat the bed if possible. Felt some insects bites when I slept on the bed

I really loved the location. It was so close to the city and easily accessible to everywhere. The rooms were also quiet and tidy.

The beds could’ve been alot better considering the price and the facilities being average, really springy mattress and flat pillows. Hard for two to sleep comfortably. Noise goes through the room, often was quite loud and disruptive. The combination door handles made a very loud chime when they open which was quite disruptive when arriving back late and people are sleeping. Felt even a small tv in the room would be a nice touch for chilling out in the evening as no communal space to watch TV or chill out. Bathroom and Kitchen tap have been disconnected from the hot water, hot water runs off an external unit in the shower only.

Location was great to the tube (5 mins walk from Canning Town Station. Check In Instructions were easy to follow and all went smoothly. Bathroom was very clean and was tidy. Compared to what you could be paying for the location the accomodation did the job.

Very noisy neighbors…. I understand youth, however, it is always nice to consider others in the accommodation, maybe have a set of house rules for everyone to see. ;)

Overall very satisfied with the accommodation, however, I thought we would have clean towels every morning. I would like to suggest that there be extra clean towels in a common wardrobe, as to have these available even during washing our own towels, and as there is no dryer. Thank you much.

For this type of accommodation and price - all was great!

Stayed here for a concert in The O2 - location and the low price for London was perfect for it! Quiet and clean residential area. Luckily, the neighbours in other rooms were quiet so sleep was good. Shared bathroom was nice and spacious, which i appreciated a lot! Bed was comfortable, would stay again for the next concert.

No source of entertainment, no tv.

Comfortable, good value for price. All facilities available, eg. bathroom (shampoo&conditioner, hand soap, tissue rolls), kitchen (pots&pans, utensils, glasses and cups, fridge). Towels provided, all clean. Room was clean. Easy access, and secure with locks. Stay was very good, am very happy!

The pictures are way better than the actual room. The bed sheets were too small and kept falling off.

Within walking distance of the train station, gym and supermarkets Bedroom was clean and tidy, bathroom was clean and tidy and there are two toilets Kitchen and facilities were clean, tidy and working Property was nice and quiet most of the time I would stay again
