Tired rooms, old fashioned decor and bathroom, needs a full re-model, especially new bathrooms and new carpets. Looks like an out-dated motel

Fairly central to Liverpool city centre

Woken up every night (3) by other guests in corridors

Great location near the docks, Baltic Triangle. I travelled by train but assume parking was of benefit to many. Value for money, it's not luxurious but neither did I expect it to be.

My wife and I were allocated a room on the first floor and were a bit taken aback that there was no lift. My daughter went to reception and changed our room to one on the ground floor. The lounge was not particularly attractive for a romantic stay.

The cooked breakfast was good. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The room was basic but adequate. I slept ok . It was clean. We did not use the shower. There was car parking for guests including for those who are unfortunately disabled like me.

The price for this budget hotel is a little high as the rooms are very basic. Was clean enough though. Breakfast wasn’t great, hash browns were undercooked and the menu in the room mentions as much as you can eat buffet. But the hot breakfast was made to order

    Location and Bar were excellent.

The room was a bit stuffy as there was no air conditioning and I couldn't leave the window open as it was too noisy as we were overlooking the main road

Nice little beer garden overlooking the docks. Great little sun trap. Not too far a walk into the centre.

Buildings and rooms look dirty and old and need renovation. Having no lift was a big minus. Breakfast food was of a poor quality.

Location was excellent. Staff very helpful and a pleasure to work with. Give them all a big bonus. Being able to park our car onsite was a huge attraction in deciding to book Campanile and it was well worth it.
