Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Very reasonable price. Practical if you travel by car and visiting the turist atractions in the vecinity. Very dog friendly. I liked their green policy to ask for housekeeping, if needed. In the hotels, I tend to worry about the towels I haven't used but will probably end up in the washing anyway :) Very pet friendly!

United KingdomThe managment’s attitude when i needed to amend my booking. Zero accommodations were made. I had to complain to booking.com’s customer service to negotiate the amendment and claim back money from booking .com through price match guarantee as a genius member.
Room was clean, spacious and modern. Bathroom was clean but not super clean. Toilet seat had chipped paint, toilet roll holder was hanging on for dear life. Both shower&sink would not drain quickly.

United KingdomThe mattress! The mattress was very uncomfortable. I could feel the support structure digging in my shoulder or back no matter where/how I laid. A mattress topper would help with this. Better still better quality mattresses. I had back problems throughout most of my stay which I believe were a direct result of laying 3 nights on the mattress. Extra pillows on the bed would have been useful. No drawer space for personal items, only hanging space provided. The water temperature fluctuations It fluctuated very frequently. I had to adjust the temperature as much as 10 times every time I showered. It ran ice cold then hot. Thankfully it was easy to adjust.
I liked the low price, cleanliness and convenient quiet location, parking on site and that everything was working. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful too. Large bed, 24hr reception, late checkout time (12pm) and nice atmosphere

United KingdomParking arrangements weren't explained on arrival, the reception staff were vague. I had to ask the following morning about the parking arrangements to be informed that the camera system was not working and a new camera was being installed so I had to ensure I downloaded the Parkonomy app in time on my return. It was a bit of a faff but I got covered until 08.30 am on the Sunday 18.08.24. The room was very basic and the mattress well worn and springy. I would consider informing visitors of the parking limitations upon arrival as it results in unwarranted fines. Thank you.
