I was sad we didn't stay longer ....

The moment we walked in, I was already sad we only had a few nights here. If I were to go back I'd stay a week and explore the area from such a lovely and comfortable home base. Our family of 5 appreciated the pantry staples so much after a long day of travel and not having to go out to the store. Waking up with eggs on hand made it even more comfortable. The beds envelope you in the most luxurious clean linens and the bathrooms are so well lit for great makeup application which my teen daughter raved about. The couches are comfortable for an evening snuggled up as a family and the views from the parking pad took our breath away. The place was spotlessly clean, and the towels were fluffy and large. Best stay we have had in the whole country. If you are unsure, go ahead and boom, and add a few nights. Communication was great and self check in is great. Had the best kitchen stock we have ever experienced with things like liquid measuring cups, amazing new appliances and even a washer and dryer. It was so kind to include soaps for everything. Being able to wash a few small items while we are on the road for a month was so helpful.

There were a couple of drawbacks during our stay. Firstly, we were disturbed by the barking of a dog in the morning, which prevented us from getting a restful sleep. It seems that the dog belonged to the owners of the property, so this could potentially be an ongoing issue for future guests. Additionally, while the cottage advertised a car charging stand for electric vehicles (EVs), we were disappointed to find that the owner didn't allow us to use it. This may be a deterrent for EV users who rely on such amenities during their travels

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful cottage! The accommodation was not only newly refurbished but also impeccably clean, which made for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. One of the things we appreciated most was the abundance of amenities provided. From a well-stocked kitchen to plenty of breakfast options available, everything we needed was conveniently available right within the cottage. This thoughtful touch spared us the need to purchase groceries beforehand, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy our time there. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience!

The rain!

The attention to detail was brillant and hosts were so helpful. My teenagers were more than happy about facilites ( welcome pack was amazing and fridge that amazed all!). So close to Bath - beautiful cottage- beautiful view - Cant wait to stay again . Thankyou!

The main shower was a bit weak. A very minor point, as it was perfectly adequate. Other than that, nothing at all to complain about.

I arrived just as the owner was parking up. Fleur was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The cottage is spacious, light and very clean. Everything was very comfortable. A lovely place to stay.

It's a very tiny point but could there be more hangars for clothes in each room please.

Only thing would have been to be able to adjust the heating but it wasn't really an issue.

So nice to have a cottage that provided all the basics for a breakfast. All the products in the bathroom were a nice touch too. The hosts really have thought of everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

This beautifully appointed property is located at the edge of a small village with lovely views of the surrounding countryside. The location is ideal for exploring all that Bath and North East Somerset have to offer. The attention to detail in making our stay comfortable and welcoming was amazing.

A larger baking dish would have been helpful (e.g. for lasagne, pasta bake, gratins), plus a few spare mugs for when some are in the dishwasher.

A hugely generous breakfast, wine and essentials like dishwasher tablets. The cottage is in a gorgeous and convenient location, with beautiful views and peave and quiet while being close to the local pub and farm shop. Really comfortably appointed and finished to a brilliant standard with lots of lovely touches such as a huge bowl of sweets and luxury toiletries. Plenty of parking and very easy access to Bath and Odd Down Park and Ride. We hope to return, we had such a fab weekend, thank you!

A couple of breakfast items in the kitchen had gone past their expiry dates. But I am not complaining as there was plenty of other stuff to eat. If you are visiting nearby Bath, better to have a car. We drove, so no complaints again!

Beautiful cottage! A very well thought-out interior design for travellers like us. Spacious and comfy decor. Big TVs in every room. Plus many personal touches to improve our stay! Generous DIY breakfast was provided in the kitchen. Location of the cottage is nice, peaceful, and I like the village surroundings. Ample parking space, no need to squeeze through any tight spaces etc. and located close enough to the front door for easy unloading/loading of luggage.
