You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomVery sad about parking facilities! Can’t really expect to have parking out on the seafront but only parking available was out the back. Very unsatisfactory!full of craters! Very dangerous for customers, particularly of. A certain age who would find walking back to the hotel dangerous particularly in the dark!
Breakfast was very well cooked especially having hot plates! Great choice, good quality food, good price,very nice staff, good service. Pretty tea pot full of tea and plenty of milk. All staff friendly and polite. Room clean, lovely white towels and bed linen. Your cleaners do an excellent job toilets everywhere always found clean, spotless!

Excellent staff. I have dietary issues which they accommodated well. Location is great. Room was very quiet, possibly helped by being toward the rear of the property. Nice toilet paper!
