We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThis was our second stay & was just as good as the first (see my previous review). Everyone was very friendly, polite & helpful. Room was clean with really good power shower. Food was excellent. Fantastic choice for dinner & breakfast was one of the best we have ever had - all freshly cooked with lots of choice & using locally sourced produce. Lots of parking & electric charging station. This is a very old pub so has lots of character.

United KingdomThere was a mouldy smell in some of the corridor areas between pub/restaurant and rooms. Room 2 where we stayed had a creaky floor and bed. Overall a little tired in places. Toilet did not flush properly.
Beautiful pub and the smell of wonderful food greeted you upon arrival. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our Breakfast was wonderful.

Exceptional, friendly staff with excellent hot breakfast served with top quality produce. We also enjoyed a good menu for our evening meal. Great local community pub with accommodation and great food. Would definitely return.

United KingdomWeather was very warm while we were there and it was difficult to keep the room cool, as our room was on the ground floor so we were unwilling to leave the windows open while we were out. There was a fan available but the noise can be quite annoying.
Location was excellent for visiting many places of interest; our room was spacious and quiet and had blackout curtains; staff were friendly and helpful; breakfast was very good indeed, beautifully cooked and presented, especially the yoghurt and fruit salad; there were 2 electric charge points in the car park, brilliant for charging our car in the evenings
