Lack of staff and bathroom needed good clean also no shower door, toilet flusher broken no toilet roll or soap which if is not standard should be mentioned to bring. I don't want to sound negative they were helpful and accommodating, price was exceptional location perfect

The window didn’t close, the toilet was missing a button to flush so could only do a full flush and then it dripped for about 5 minutes after. Underneath the beds there was still rubbish from god knows when. Curtains didn’t block any light out. I could wee faster than the shower. There was 2 plug sockets no where near any mirrors or beds. Was ok for 1 night but would not stay there for longer.

The location was okay for everything.

When we arrived at the location we didn't find anyone at the reception, even if we arrived 1 hour early, anyway there has to be someone there to help customers for any problem. Per general the room was dirty : towel(they change after), carpet, bathroom, toilet. I know the price we paid is cheap but the minimal cleaning must be done .

Location close to beach , many restaurant in the town, cafe place close to beach.

Was given a tiny room and as it was hot we left window open until late evening however later we couldn't close the window which made it a very noisy night with constant traffic and people outside, hardly slept at all Everything apart from flat screen TV and contactless key system is so outdated.Plumbing, electrics,decor, furniture etc is circ 1960 maybe? This place has no much potential and it's a shame it's so run down now I expect in it's hayday it was great

Staff were in very short supply. Took over 10 minutes to come and check us in, barely saw any staff after this. Shower door wouldn’t shut. Curtains were too short so was woken very early by the sunshine

The hotel is OK if you're just looking for a bed .didn't see the manager at the hotel all the 3 days we stayed. The lady that was seening to us was lovely and was the cleaner .think they need a new manager so we could speak to someone who is now the place.

Great location, budget hotel, don't except 5* from a 2 * hotel and price. Owner helpful and friendly, free parking, tired and rub down hotel but plenty of hot water and clean towels and bedding.

Room very dirty. Old dust everywhere. Toilet very bad and very very dirty. Shower doesn't work properly. We can't take proper shower.

The staff member felt rude and unwelcomed by them there was partying in one of the rooms loud music and arguments the heateri was broken so couldn't turn it off so what was any already hot night was made more uncomfortable and then to find out I overpaid for the room was in and the customer service team found tk be rather unhelpful

Sadly only one thing that was liked and that was the shower

I arrived at the Inglewood and there was no one at reception so I rang the mobile number on the wall and was told to walk down the road to the Sherwood to check in there. Once there, I was shown to my room so went back to get my car! So I was booked at a different hotel! The decor of the room is in very poor condition with marks all over the room. Although the sheets and pillow cases were fresh, I could tel the pillows weren’t. The sink plug was half grotty/rusty metal and half grotty string!!! No excuse for this!
