Pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable, softer pillows would make for a better sleep.

Toilet constantly running and cistern refilling ( noticed during the night) and sink plug in bathroom blocked- both reported to staff so hopefully will be rectified- they took note

Warm welcome from Staff Member Lee. Beautiful clean room, comfortable bed. Breakfast a combination of hot food as ordered the night before plus help yourself set up to yogurts, fruit, toast, cereal bars, cereal, teas coffees etc- no issues whatsoever with this. We enjoyed the lovely warm atmosphere in the bar area with friendly locals- pub appears to be a real asset and important part of the village

Everything. The room was amazing and the staff exceptional. We were there on a Thursday night and there was the most amazing quiz on. The locals are so friendly. You need to visit , it is fabulous.

There were some missing items from the self- service breakfast eg. tea/ coffee/ butter. Could just do with checking and replenishing every day. And, the coffee brought to fill up the storage jar for the cafetière coffee was instant coffee granules.

I stayed at the Busfeild Arms with my bridal party the night before my wedding which was at a venue close by. We had the most wonderful stay. Donna greeted me on my arrival and showed me round the rooms upstairs. All the rooms were so beautiful and have everything we could have needed. We had food downstairs on the evening and everything was so tasty. The cleanliness of the rooms was great and the beds were so comfortable. This was such a great place for getting ready with ample amount of space. Thank you for having us!

The room was beautiful, very spacious, immaculate and super comfortable. The staff were fab too, Donna & Libby were really approachable and friendly, they made sure I enjoyed my one night stay here. I had an evening meal in the restaurant too. It was great service and tasty food.

Lovely little pub. Bedroom was tidy and fresh - very clear. Breakfast was cereal but ok for what i wanted as i left early to get to work. I was made to feel very welcomed and would stay again.

To check into the room and checking out, there was never a staff member readily there. Both times we had to go hunt one down.

The rooms excelled our expectations. Extremely classy and really comfortable. Really enjoyed the breakfast room where you could help yourself to things and then the chef brings up your breakfast from what you selected from the breakfast form on check in.
