What an amazing accommodation fantastic host Zoe. From book in to leaving so friendly and attentive. I will be certainly staying again best sleep ever and a bathroom so special.

We found our stay with Zoe and Pippa (the dog) absolutely fabulous. She was a wonderful host and provided everything we needed. The view from the bedroom window whilst sitting on the sofa was stunning. Great focal point regarding Port Isaac. It's my favourite place to visit. This is a great find, and we will definitely be going back.

It took a little effort to find but no problem. The bathroom wasn’t en suite but we had it for our sole use so that was no problem at all.

Zoe the host was excellent and she accommodated requests and was very helpful.Breakfast was very good. The bedroom was very roomy and had a lovely view over the countryside

Stunning views, great location, lovely bathroom, comfy bed, and most importantly, a warm and welcoming host who also makes a cracking breakfast!

It was a bit cold in the room as the heating was not on and the water in the shower was quite cold for the outside weather.

The host was very kind and friendly. We had also breakfast included in the price which was very nice. The location of the farm was just perfect, between a few nice towns which we visited of course (Port Isaac, Newquay). It was a bit hard to find the farm especially if you arrived at night but the host took care of it and helped with very specific directions and instructions. The room was very clean as well as the bathroom and both were after refurbishment. The host provided the bedsheets and clean towels, plus a hair dryer if needed. Also in the bathroom, there was a shampoo, conditioner for hair, and soap. If you are going to have a short stay I think it's perfect for it. If you are going to go there in the colder seasons, I'd recommend you take an umbrella, a raincoat, and some very warm clothes with you as the wind there can be crazy.

2 nights was not enough and if it hadn't been for onward plans would love to have stayed longer.

From arrival to departure Zoe our host was friendly and extremely helpful and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. The house is a mix of old style (dining room) to modern comfortable bedroom and light airy bathroom with shower. Absolutely everything was perfect which is unusual for b&b but she is working hard to make a good business and it is working. Could not find any fault during our stay. Will definitely return next year

Everything was excellent. My only issue is if more guests were there we would have to share the bathroom. As it was we didn't have to. The house is clean, well equipped, lovely hosts.

Zoe was very nice and went out of her way to accommodate our breakfast request. The bed was very comfortable and the view was so peaceful, also close to Port Isaac which was helpful. I would stay here again!

We had trouble finding the place…a bigger sign would help.

Stayed here the first weekend it was open as a b&b and any niggles were minor and will be addressed. Nothing detracted from the stay.

Excellent full English and as much tea and toast as you can cram in. Very peaceful and scenic location. Zoe is a friendly and very helpful host and keen to ensure your stay is a good one.

The bumpy farm track also not being en suite however the bathroom was right next door to the room and was for our exclusive use it was lovely and big and was only recently decorated.

The location was ideal for us with lovely views perfect for our 2 days. Zoe was very welcoming and most helpful breakfast was a bit adhoc but this was to be expected as it was last minute.

problem with the boiler meant no hot water for the first night and day , was fixed on the Sunday when we returned keys left in the door so on our return we couldn’t get in , again fixed easily but just another issue at the house
