I needed to be in the general area of the hotel so location was fine for me. The rooms were spotless and very seamless in and out of the hotel. I think the rooms would really benefit from blackout blinds but this did not really affect us. The fact we needed the location this was by far the best choice available so overall very happy

There was no microwave and no shower gel. The room was not cleaned during our stay hence our bin was running over in our room. There was no wardrobe for our bags and things. Even though it was a room for two, there was only one chair. The pillows are hard but manageable.

The owner was very hospitable. Overall, the property was clean. Most of the things we needed that were not in the room were provided upon request. There is a bus stop right in front of the property and food shops around the property as well.

Pillows could be better, but at this price I've had far far worse, and more expensive stays I've had worse pillows. I didn't like staying on the ground floor and not wanting to have the curtains open. I was advised not to open the window and there was a fan in the room but no AC (I wouldn't have expected AC at this price - but a window to open would be handy)

If you don't care about location, but still need to easily get there on the Jubilee line, then this is fine! Very new, well finished and clean throughout: bedroom, shower room. Nice gentlemen welcomed me to the property.

We had only 2 towels for 4 nights and it wouldn't be bad if there was also a hairdryer in the room.

The host is very kind, we could leave our luggage before check-in time. The room was small, but very clean.

Tv in the room was bit small so we didn't really use it, but that's not a big deal considering we were so tired in the evenings from all the walking around the city. Besides that, if you are a woman, neighbourhood can be little bit uncomfortable because there are mostly men outside in the evening hours. During the night or the early hours you can hear some noise from the street (cars, people arguing, etc.) so if you are a light sleeper this can be a problem. Again, for us this was no big deal beacuse we were so tired and didn't wake much during the night.

Hotel was easy to find, owner was nice and quickly explained everything upon arrival. Everything was as on photos, room was really clean and bed was comfortable. Extra pillows were provided as asked. Hotel has good metro connection to the city centre. It only takes about 10 minutes by foot to the metro station and then another 30 minutes by metro to the city centre (depending where you want to go).

Comfy bed and very clean. Clearly renovated recently and well looked after, very pleased with the room! easy to contact the owner/host via text message if you need any additional amenities or help (for example hair dryer). Closest tube station is about 5-10min walk, not far at all. If staying in London definitely would book again!

Environment outside the hotel seems unsanitary but entering the hotel then takes away the fear afterwards.

Staff reception was excellent. Ambience of rooms were perfect, excellent bathroom facilities. Proximity to bus stops was great! Good value for money 👍

I wasn’t keen on the area and wouldn’t want to be around there late at night. It’s also quite a busy street. This is no reflection on the hotel itself
