The only thing I would mark it down for would be the mattress. It wasn't comfy and could feel the springs. I would expect more from such a lovely hotel also one that cost what it did. For the rest of our stay it was more than worth it. A better mattress would have made it that little more special.

Me and my partner were hugely impressed from arrival to departure. The room was amazing, the spa was so relaxing, the Asian restaurant was incredible and also surprisingly reasonably priced for such great food, the staff were all so helpful and attentive. The only thing I would mark it down for would be the mattress. It wasn't comfy and could feel the springs. I would expect more from such a lovely hotel also one that cost what it did. Prosecco at check in was lovely and a tour of the hotel while we waited for the room. Bed was mega comfy! Location was great easy walk into town. Everywhere spotless and stylish. The spa was lovely.

Our room had a huge bed and sofa and the hotel was beautiful, especially the bars/lounge and terrace areas, which had lovely views of the area and lake. Service and friendliness of staff was fab, nothing seemed too much trouble for any staff member. Loved the spa, very calming and had more facilities than expected such as plunge pool, posh loungers, and access to the bar, plus all the usual sauna/steam room/jacuzzi's. Dressing gowns and slippers were provide in your room so you could just walk over to the spa ready. We were very lucky and were given an upgrade to a hot tub room, which was a wonderful extra for us. Location was also great, just a 4-5 minute walk down to the lake, bus stop and boat trip area.

The google map directed our car to the back entrance which was only used for delivery. Need to access via Back Belsfield Road.

Location is perfect. The room with a balcony is a bonus.

Unfortunately we had food in the 'pub' in the evening and the food wasn't great and also some members of staff in there were not very happy. I own a business in hospitality myself so u understand that they may have had a long shift. Everything else fantastic

Shower in our ensuite had low pressure and was the only problem we encountered!

We had booked a double room with hot tub but were upgraded to a junior suite. Beautiful spacious room, lovely decor. Great friendly staff who kindly gave us a lift to the restaurant we had booked. Really lovely spa area with sauna, steam room and 2 jacuzzis...nice touch to have a bar poolside. Breakfast buffet offersd lots of choice.

The food in the cocktail bar wasn’t the best, but everything else was perfect.

When we arrived, we had been upgraded to a hot tub room due to it being our mini moon which was such a lovely surprise. We were immediately shown around the hotel & everything was explained to us which was a really personal touch. The spa was absolutely beautiful and having the pool side bar in there felt like a really nice luxury. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, there was so many options! Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Mizumi restaurant was 10/10!!

Clean ,stylish we could have happily stayed within the hotel and not venture out.

What’s not to like , staff were fantastic from start to finish felt like we’d visited lots and they knew us. Facilities were good I wish I’d booked for longer to have more time there.

One night stay wasn't long enough to make full use of all the facilities. Perfect for 2+ night stay. Bed was comfy enough, admittedly slept well but would have expected a higher quality mattress for the price

Fantastic views, quiet and private. Clean room. Staff helpful and professional. High quality from top to bottom. Great selection at breakfast. Unfortunately decided to venture out for food so didn't stay for evening meal but will be doing next time. Small double room was big enough for 2
