Only 1 tiny minute detail - the car park isn’t massive! So although check in is around about 4pm, you can access the spa/bar etc so I advise getting there earlier to guarantee a parking space and then check in later on!

Absolutely stunning building, The room was spacious and very smart. Really nice decor and good sized bed! The hotel staff were amazing, Martin and Mark - both very friendly and assisted with anything we wanted! Including a free drop off in the Hotel Bentley! The spa was so nice, very high quality and the bar area was snazzy, almost like a movie. Will definitely be returning and look forward to our next stay!

Although we were very happy with the breakfast, other hotels in the area do provide table service with a more personalised experience. The breakfast provided, although great, didn’t feel the same standard as the rest of the hotel.

The staff were great and we didn’t have to wait long at all for service. The spa was very good quality and it was a bonus that it had a bar connected, however, could have been improved by a roofed connection to the main hotel. The location of the hotel is great within a short walk of the lake and the village.

Absolutely a 10. Everything was incredible, the spa, the bar & grill serving on that terrace, THE STAFF! The comped upgrade to a hot tub room was the Cherry on top. Couldn’t recommend more!

From the moment we arrived we were blown away! Not only is the hotel a stunning building and in a stunning lakeside location, the staff are super friendly. We were given a glass of Prosecco on arrival and personally shown to our room. We felt like nothing was too much trouble. We enjoyed a cocktail that evening after making use of the pool, steam room and sauna and it was delicious! With views over the lake it was a perfect weekend getaway.

An ev charger would have been useful and the fee for parking was a little annoying given the price of the hotel

Lack of ensuite in the bedrooms. Had to climb down a flight of stairs to the living area for the washrooms and showers. Our room washroom was particularly small and cramped. The other room had a slightly bigger bathroom

The room was spacious with a double bed and two singles in the opposite room. The living room was nice and had a great large screen television with smart features. The windows were automated and felt premium. The carpets and space was very clean. The breakfast was nice and spread well

We loved the pool the whole hotel and grounds, staff were wonderful. Rooms spacious and clean although I did find the lighting a little dark. Great bathroom and plenty wardrobe space. We loved the breakfast and the Asian Fusion restaurant was amazing.

Room could do with a fridge, the car park spaces were reserved at the front of the hotel exclusive guests cars and I was told to park around the back of the hotel and was blocked in by a van, the Penthouse suite you would have thought would get a reserved space, at breakfast we were told couples were not allowed to sit by the window as they were set up for 4 but other couples were allowed these tables.

The Hotel was every well set out and room was nice with a great view. Spa was a really nice experience

The only thing we weren't overly impressed by was the spa. It was very dark and quite small. It was quite busy and we couldn't find anywhere to sit. Brighter and more light would have been a lot better.

The location was stunning. The views from our window were beautiful. The terrace was lovely to sit on at night. The staff in the terrace bar were so nice and helpful. Our room was comfortable and very clean.

There wasn't a thing we didn't like about our stay.

This hotel was absolutely stunning, so clean, it's in a fantastic location and the staff were all so friendly and so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The spa was incredible, so calming and really clean. We had a couples massage which I would highly recommend if you're visiting with your partner. We had such a perfect stay here and we will absolutely be returning soon (we're already planning our next stay).
