Price was unnecessarily high for no reason. This room is nice but not for the price you charged. it deserves half. no water in the room and it doesnt feel nice to pay over the top price and least you could ask is for water. No room phone line to reception found so you cant call at the time of emergency.

TV did not work in original room. Second room was extremely hot and had to sleep with the fan on all night.

No connection once you are in the room. If you have an emergency or unable to go to the reception there is no way to communicate.

It’s clean and cosy. Bar and restaurant are also good

Self service check-in - very impersonal. 1 hr wait for a table in the restaurant - we didn’t wait and went to bed hungry after a long journey. Breakfast bacon & sausages need to be cooked longer to get some colour. No one directed me to logging my car registration on arrival - I hope I don’t get a ticket.

The location was perfect for the open day.

Only minor issue was that the room had been requested as a twin, but when we arrived late at night we found it was set as a double; however, the excellent staff rectified this immediately.

Location was excellent and all staff we spoke with at the hotel were so friendly and helpful. We’d definitely stay here again.

Rooms were so hot (not a hot day), and the fan provided made a lot of noise but didn't move much air.

Did not book breakfast,Thought you would need to eat cereals toast and cooked breakfast to justify the cost.I would normaly have cereal,fruit juice and toast.Wheras my Wife would only have toast.

Better sound insulation. Could hear people’s conversations as they walked down the hallway to their room. Also need soft close doors on the rooms into the hallway as they slam Very loudly as people enter and leave which woke me up on several occasion.

Easy access to University. Good value for money. Friendly staff.

Bathroom doorframe/wall area could do with an extra clean. Windows in bedroom would benefit from an upgrade. Better signage for bedroom numbers from all corridor directions and restaurant and bar vs name of the restaurant and bar.

Stunning refurbishment completed in August 24. Super comfy beds and equipped bedrooms and bathroom. Wonderful spa/pool/gym. Easy free parking, complimentary drinks and nibbles in conference area. Fantastic bar and restaurant. Staff very well and helpful. Modern Scandi feel and lovely aroma.

Breakfast is rather expensive if you only want cereal and a coffee. You pay for a full Irish (£16) even if it's only coffee you want.

Walking in the door I was greated by lovely staff. The walked me through the self check-in and explained where my room was after walking me to the hall doorway. They were patient with me on the self service check-in as I was new to it but it didn't phase them. The room was lovely, just what was needed. The bed was PERFECT! Big, comfy and so warm with proper pillows. In the room was extra appliances like ironing board, hairdryer... The room was clean, warm and room door is kitted with a double lock.
